I stopped by Freddie's Downtown Philly restaurant yesterday and omg I ordered the Philly cheese steak it was the best cheese steak I ever had ,i will go there at least 3 times a week because they really take care of there customers I'm a very satisfied customer great food thx for the good service
I went in craving a philly, told the owner what I wanted and he DELIVERED. Definitely my new philly cheesesteak place and the service was excellent!

I used to go here for lunch or dinner 2-3 x a week. Then I moved out of the area and as soon as I moved back this week I stop by for some good cheesy philli. I'm from up North too so I know it's good. I get there at 7 p.m. crazy hungry and I open the door and dude says we're closed. I'm like what? Hours say 8. He says read the sign on the door we close at 7. I'm like well the door is open, lights are on, and you have 3 people standing in line already so would you mind if I order. Dude says rudely read the sign! We're closed! I worked in kitchens for 15 yrs and customer service for just as long and you always help the customer. I will never go back, they don't want my money and patronage then screw em. I was just trying to get some grub and support the small local business but not here anymore.
