Did an online order because I only have 30 mins for lunch, got there the doors were locked had to go to through drive thru. Got back to work only to find out that the dressing I wanted was not in my bag amd the tostada salad only had meat and lettuce, where is the rice where are the beans. Oh and the sweet tea I ordered was very disappointing.
Ordered the new Birria tacos which were very good but the sauce is supposed to be a consommé dipping sauce which it was not. It was a very strong enchilada sauce. When I asked about they said that was the correct sauce. I had this at another El Pollo location and this is not the same sauce. The sauce makes this meal great. This was not great.
Never get this delivered. Some of the lids weren't sealed correctly and hot salsa was leaking everywhere by the time it got to us. Also for the chips and salsa you get a quart of salsa with a little envelope of 5 chips. It's almost comical but not if you're hungry and spent $60 bucks.
Everytime I go here it's always a quick drive-thru experience. Out of all the fast food options in Texas this has to be one of the healthiest but still delicious. Workers are always polite and willing to cooperate with requests.
where is the crunchy tacos at? y'all never have them they are tacos they are not hard to make staff sucks management sucks pls fix so i can eat my crunchy tacos lazy turtles
I go almost day to day to eat here just for the crunchy tacos but ask me if I ever got to taste them no I haven't the answer I get everytime is because the night crew forgets to prep them. Tacos?
After many years of not eating chicken,I did adventure to El Pollo Loco today because it’s within walking distance from my hotel. And I’m glad that I did.Their Coleslaw A1,Beans nice,Grilled Chicken Breast & Wing Awesome tasting flavors ,it was so good that I repeated two more breasts.Adding to all that ,Free refills of a delicious Horchata. Overall very satisfied with the food and service.
This is my favorite chicken place really love the grilled authentic flavor. I really like the friendly help from staff, thanks Jr. and Albert for the great food and service.
This El Pollo Loco was a disappointment. I have dined at this chain's restaurants from Texas to California. Until this time I have never been disappointed. Their burrito is a little pricey anyway, but I have never regretted paying the price before. The flavor quality and ingredients that is usually used in making their burritos, make all of their special burritos worth the money. Today I got pinto beans, lettuce, and tomatoes...not even cheese or sour cream and their wonderful chicken. Someone needs to check out the cook at this location. Something like this can really hurt a restaurant's reputation in this already difficult market.
Posted open time is 10:30am, at 11am I had already tried going through the drive through to no avail, and went to the doors to go inside, but the doors were locked. A young lady with a mop bucket walked by and saw me, turned to the kitchen and asked are we open? After an affirmative answer, she let me in and I walked to the counter, to be ignored. The young lady with the mop, set it aside, and came to take my order.I ordered a salad, and an extra breast and wing. My salad took about 8 minutes to get and I was handed the salad without my my chicken. When I asked about the rest of my order, she looked at me and said "Oh Yeah!"About 2 minutes later another young lady came to me and said do you really want to wait, it will be at least another 10 minutes before the chicken is ready. I said we'll I don't have much choice, I paid for my food, so I need my food. She looked at me like I was putting her out by wanting my complete order and wandered off. Then she had the first young lady delete my order from the overhead monitor because it was in red status. ?After at least 10 minutes of me standing there staring at them, I finally did get my complete order, with no apology or anything about them being late or slow. No real acknowledgement at all.So food, 4stars, service 1 star.
