Sanda or shana I don't know the correct name, they don't have customer service at all, when I ask for a glass of water they charge me $2.80 I asked for chips they didn't give them to me when I came back to ask for a refund of the glass of water it was rude, who pays 2.80 for regular water not even the one with the bottle has that price, what a disappointment they should be thankful that they have a job, by the way they made me wait a long time because there was no register at 4:00 pm sshhhh zero stars to this person in particular
This deserves only one star I went to order a burrito de barbacoa the lady that was doing my burrito was in a bad mood and ignored when I told her extra barbacoa. When I finally get to pay and enjoy my burrito it was so salty and nasty that I couldn’t eat it honestly I’m not going to be going to chipotle anymore I tried to go get my refund because I couldn’t eat the burrito and the on duty manager just ignored me when I brought up the issue after being so over priced and food tasting nasty ?
This Chipotle, was closed on this past Sunday. It happens at least once a month where pick up only . No reason why from what I can see. Go to one in Bedford so much better and much more friendly.
Great quick texmex. Plus they have some low carb options for keto people or diabetics. Wish they still offered the cauliflower rice though. Oh well.
To go orders are never ready, it takes about 20 minutes past when your food is supposed to be ready to get it. They didn’t have any of the ingredients ready so now you have customers standing and waiting getting even more backed up.
I don’t live in this area so I don’t normally eat at this Chipotle but y’all served me the best burrito bowl I’ve had from Chipotle in a LONG time! You guys did not get stingy on the extra sour cream and extra cheese, like a lot of other locations are. Thank you for the awesome lunch today!
Good, nice location. Not too packed. I placed an online order, and when I arrived on time, it wasn’t ready. I waited about 5 minutes. Other than that, good food and clean restaurant.
Ordered on UberEats, so yes I willingly paid $20 for the service. What I didn't expect was to pay for something, I didn't get. No, chicken in my bowl, which is the part you pay for, since the add ins are free. And no chips and queso. So $20 for a bowl full of veggies and not even a fill bowl. I am very disappointed, and don't know if I can trust ordering from here again.
Staff was rude. Barely put anything in the bowl (half was empty no joke). Then asked for the guac, she got it all over her hands and got it all over the outside of the bowl and lid... OK no problem... When I mentioned it to her she just smeared it around with a napkin. I politely asked if she could put it in another clean bowl...I was looked at like I asked her to kill a kitten, so she dumped it upside down (guac on bottom rice on top into another bowl and put the same smeared lid right on top lol. My coworkers had told me that this particular Chipotle had some rude staff in the past but decided to swing by on the way back to work. They were right.
This is one of the best locations. I’ve only experienced bad service and walked out once. The employees here are nice, I usually dine in, also the food is always delicious
