This place is always great, we left On The Border across the street after sitting down for 15 minutes with no waiter/waitress to even get our drinks. Called Chillis from the table to see if there was a wait and they said no. We got to Chillis and were seated immediately, we got our appetizer and drinks within 5 minutes and our food within 10-15 minutes. Awesome job all around and they had different people bringing appetizers and food while the waitress took care of the tables and drinks.

Service was awesome . Loved our server Jackie R. great attitude even though it was late and she worked all day. Atmosphere was nice. Food was awesome, best southwest egg rolls I've had. Food was the best amog all the Chili's. My only complain was the water, I'm hoping the higher UP is reading this. There was SO much chlorine in the water! You could smell and taste it. It was like drinking bleach. Please, filter the water.
Server and hostess were nice, but the food was just okay. Over 90% of the two baskets of fries my spouse and I got were so crunchy you couldn't eat them. Our wait for a table was 20+ minutes although there were open tables, so I presume they must have been down a busser.
Chili’s curbside is a joke!!!!Ordered my food for curbside pickup at 6:30pm. I was advised my order will be ready for pick up at 7pm. Parked at 7pm and checked into the parking spot. Waited 37 minutes and decided to go in to check on the order… it was sitting on a shelf for awhile. I asked why they didn’t bring it out when it was ready and was advised that they just put it there. Why would you put an order on a shelf and not take it out to the car?! This is beyond frustrating! I am writing this review now while I reheat my cold and soggy food!! I will never ever go back to Chili’s!
I love this location! I've been here almost every week in almost 2 years and I love that although it's so hard to get staff nowadays, even the new members are sweet and get help from the other team members. I love the food to no end, never had any complaints with this specific spot, 10 out of 10.
Made a visit here was the snow from the great snowstorm of 2022 was starting to melt and was met with a very upbeat team and a nice relaxing meal. I had the big bbq bacon burger with fries and a Liit. The burger was fantastic a bit messy with all the sauce but so good. And the fries were seasoned perfect. I want to thank the staff for coming out in bad weather to be there for the community.
Our server John made going out to eat well worth it. GREAT attitude and knew exactly when we needed a refill. He gets 10 stars from us!!!

Can’t order a burger at Chili’s?!?! Nope! No hamburgers available! What we did order was not worth going out for. Don’t go, you will be disappointed!
