First time I've been to this chicken express and was extremely disappointed! Not because I didn't get what ordered. The chicken express I used go to (but I've moved)would always get at least one extra tender and an abundance of fries. This place the fries could not help but to stay in the packaging the gravy cup is smaller and well I guess I cannot complain about getting exactly the number tenders. But ya! Not happy about it!
Just witnesses a supervisor be very unprofessional with a customer. They made a mistake on his order. No sure exactly what but next thing I I know the supervisor (guy in red shirt with dark hair) starts to talk very loudly to the customer and tell him it’s not his fault that they made his order wrong. He also proceeded to say it’s not his fault that soft drinks are not available. I think this is completely unprofessional considering he is the person in charge and should be excepting full responsibility for anything not functioning in a manner or expectation that customers of chicken express have
I think this is my LAST order from Chicken Express. It's like being a child on Christmas day, you've said exactly what you wanted but, it's never quite right.I request no ice. It's ALWAYS extra ice. I buy cookies. They are either not in the bag or there's only 1.I receive spicy when I order mild or vice versa. And there's no sauce when I've paid extra for the privilege. What I've ordered is printed on the receipt so there is ZERO excuse.They are no longer the only chicken place close to me, there's now Golden Chick and Popeyes.I will visit either or both of them a few times a week instead. Maybe they will appreciate my money and give me EXACTLY what I've paid for.

Worst experience ever , went on 4/11 they double charged my card.came today 4/17 after cleared. Told the manager and showed him 2 different charges for the same day. He was extremely rude and yelled at me would not refund me the amount .told the bank and they agreed he was shady and I called him out.bro u know customer service as a gm , said I would get " free food" and then go back to my bank.unreal this dude attitude.i do not recommend going here.check your bank statements they are dealing shady business practices.
Would give it a zero but its an option. The chicken tenders were awful. The drink station was disgusting. Trash every where. Napkins, spilled drinks, dirty tables.... I use to like this place. I'll take my money and go to Canes! The tea was so watered down. I just threw 25.00 away I didn't even eat but 1 chicken tender and a biscuit.no sugar packets. Just awful.shame on you Chicken express!! Zero is ur rating. Playing loud music of an employee phone.. unbelievable
Good food as expected for this chain fast food establishment. They are very quick and will often bring people outside to take orders when the drive thru line gets busy. I've visited this location every couple of months for many years. They have yet to ever get an order incorrect. They are a busy place for good reason.
Just left this location. Got 3 meals and all 3 meals were extremely stale, hard, not fresh at all, drink was even super watery. Thick black hair in my gravy. Extremely frustrating to get out and pay a restaurant money for food that shouldn't be served in those conditions. Hard to believe that a few people probably prepared our food and nobody stopped to check freshness and quality.
Excellent food, taste and awesome service. Watching employees helping other customers was great to see I. these times. Kudos to get customer service.
For the amount of people craving Chicken Express, the whole process was super fast. The young man that took our order was so respectful & friendly. We always love coming to this location.
