Every time I come to the location my order is always getting messed up, or they not charging you for the right food . . Yes to busy laughing and giggling and not paying attention to which order their swiping your card to pay! They need some better training. !!
Super clean inside and out. The staff was very happy and helpful. They even had a floater in the main eating area asking if they can get customers a top off on their drinks or take their trash away for them. Pretty amazing for quick fast food
I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the quickest and sweetest Chick-fil-A I have ever been too! Went through the drive thru and had my food in less then 2 minutes! The sweetest girl gave me my food and was so delightful!Also can I just say that drive thru sliding door- GENIUS!!
Such a joke of a chick fil a. Never been to one this slow before. They don't even have curbside. They close at 9 for some reason. And I just got home to see that they robbed me of my fries. Like why is there so much space left at the top of this fry box? I paid $10 for this meal...
I went out for a cruise heading to Wrestlemania and went through the drive thru, it was packed, but Quick! Special shoutout to Taylor who took my order, great personality and professional. I love the staff here, always smiling, you guys and gals ROCK!
I am not happy. I ordered the spicy southwest salad with the grill spicy chicken, and the Cobb salad with the spicy grill chicken and I get home almost 25 minutes away and I have the hot regular grill chicken on both salads. Now I have nothing to eat. I have been to two Chick-fil-A 's in two weeks and the first one the large Mac and cheese I ordered had burnt cheese and noodles all through it and you couldn't eat it and now today my salads are messed up. Lord have mercy.
Very disappointed with the drive through service. I asked for the grilled chicken sandwich with the bacon because I didn’t know what number it was since I was not shown a menu. When I got back home I realized there was not any bacon on it and they put American cheese instead of Colby jack. Then when I moved forward to pay everyone was in a circle talking and not paying attention and then when they realized I was waiting the lady was making fun of how I was waiting for her. Very displeased because normally Chick-fil-A never messes up like this.
This by far is one of my best experiences I've had with a Chick-fil-A. The place was super clean and the chicken was phenomenal. The service was great too. Only one issue I had and that was the wait because they are super busy. Definetley a 5 star place.
Great customer service, the cashier Josh was so kind and patient to take my order, then he took care of my table with the refills. Great Job Josh!!! You did great, outstanding and beyond… thank you..
Fast service. Consistently good food. Wish I had gotten the nuggets this time, though.
