The service was great but the food was horrible. I had to send my food back because the chicken tenders and shrimp combo I ordered were overcooked and tasted like old grease. I told my server and she was extremely apologetic. she said that she would have the. remake my food. She even said that my food was overcooked. Mind you she was not the person that brought our food. I literally sat there and watch my husband eat his food while it took another 30 minutes for them to bring mine. I was so frustrated I told them to cancel the order. that is when the server advised me that they had 1 fryer down. I was hungry and irritated not at my server but at the establishment because they need to step up and fix the problems. It will be a very long time before I return.
I have never had a poor experience at this location. The food is great, the drinks are great (100% the Island Tiki), and the service is phenomenal! The hostess when we were there last night was so sweet! Our waiter was an older gentleman that was so sweet and funny and more than accommodating. I was quite impressed with the entire experience. What a perfect spot for a girls night!
I go to Cheddar's quite often. Their steak is always very good. They've started giving their honey buttered croissants to every customer and those are spectacular. Our recent visits have been very good. The wait staff have been very friendly and helpful. Do not be concerned if they want to seat you in the bar area if there's just two to four people because the service is great, it's not too loud and really no different than in the main restaurant.
We were sat down quick enough, it took a little while to get waited on, then our food was forgotten about, we were then served our food by a different waitress, who realized we were still waiting for our food, we were never offered refills. The food itself was awesome. The place seems really clean.
Love coming here! Painkiller is my favorite ?with coconut shrimp which I ate before the photo shoot lol… along with the drinks ? ?!! If your party is over 21 I recommend the bar. It is faster service and the bartenders have always been good to us!
My kids and I went there for my Son's birthday yesterday. The wait time was long. The service was not good. We sat down at our table and waited 20 mins before anyone came to take our drink orders. When someone did come,we ordered appetizers and dinner so we wouldn't have to keep waiting. The server was nice and courteous. The food looked good even though we didn't eat it all. Woke up today and everyone in the house is sick throwing up since morning!!! Will never eat Cheddar's again!!! Save your money. It's not like it use to be.???
We had a great attentive server at this location. I had chicken pot pie, son ordered chicken Alfredo, hubs had 14oz ribeye. We all agreed our plates were delicious and cooked perfectly. House salad was one of the best I've ever had. Very impressed with this location.
First time dining at Cheddars. The waitress was very nice and attentive, she checked on our table often. We simply ordered drinks and an appetizer. Our order came right away. The croissants are amazing.
We were greeted at the door by a very courteous hostess team. We were a party of five,with one person disabled on a rollater. The waitress was at the ready to get our drink order. She returned with our drinks and took our order. Our food was delivered to us hot and eye appealing. Everyone was pleased with their orders. Drinks were refreshed promptly and dishes were cleared away as needed. Over all it was an enjoyable and relaxing dining experience. Thank you Cheddar's Team. We will be back
Firstly, I have called this place several times. Every, single, time you are on hold to ask to someone and tell them you want to place a to-go order, only to be put on hold again. Sadly I have a routine when getting food here; call and leave my phone sitting there for at least 10 minutes. That's how long even to talk to someone to put an order. Then comes the actual pickup....Curbside pickup is insanely terrible!!! You have had 2 years after covid to adapt to this, and I can sit at my pickup location, on the prepared time. And I'm guaranteed to sit the for another 20 minutes.5 times in a row, without fail, I'm sitting there forever. Even when there's few cars there. Expect to wait forever for your food.
