Amazing fresh cooked burgers and fries ..everything so fresh my favorite burger and curly fries place.
I’ve eaten at Burger Street dozens and dozens of times over the years. The food has always been five star and the service as well.I ordered food here yesterday (6-13-2022), again the food was five star, but the service was a 0. The girl taking my order was just unfriendly, nasty, with an evil look on her face. It was a really strange experience.I’m sorry but food quality isn’t the only thing that counts, service counts too. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore, and I can make my own hamburgers at home. Burger Street lost a customer. I’m never going back. I expect pleasant service when I’m spending my hard earned dollars.
Ordered from DoorDash and there was a HAIR IN MY BURGER I AM DISGUSTEDEdit:: the man who made the mistake owned up to it and remade my burger was very apologetic hopefully it doesn’t happen again
Amazing good! Great, friendly, fast service. It's very small on inside. Two booth tables, about 6-8 stools with bar top table. Great atmosphere!
I was SO disappointed!! They completely left out the burger patty & cheese on one of our burgers. My hubby is a DAV, we're in our 70s trying to eat healthy but sometimes we think we just deserve a cheeseburger.
The service was better than any I've had in a long time. The elder lady manager, and the nice African-American cook.. were wonderfully hospitable and I will absolutely be returning there on the regular. You should go.. They make good burgers.
On 03/02/2022 I pulled up the drive thru and ordered a junior meal with a drink. When I ordered the meal and then my drink. I was then told that the fountain machine was not work. I then was advised that I could order a shake or tea. So I ordered a shake and they charged me $9.00 for the combo. I pulled up to the window asked why the wouldn't substitute the shake since the sodas are out? She didn't understand either and I asked to speak to the manager and it took the manager 5 minutes to come to the window and she had an attitude and said I could have ordered a tea.. I explained to the manager that they are out of sodas and why are you charging me for the shake? She stated that I could have ordered a tea. Then she tells me to pull up in front of the door and she will bring my order out. My burger was cold. I will be visiting this location. I called the corporate office to complain and the young lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional and couldn't give me numbers to call the district manager and and she transferred me to his voice mail was full.sSo I called back and left a Voice message on the HR mail box. If I could give this location a 0 stars I would. Do not recommend going to this location
Ordered on Uber Eats a junior cheeseburger with no mayo, no lettuce and a bacon cheeseburger with no mayo and no lettuce, seasoned fries and sweet potato fry. Order was completely jacked up when delivered. No fries like I ordered and an extra burger. No details to what we wanted on our burger. No cheese as we ordered. When you call their number, it says voicemail is full and you can’t call to complain. We will never order from them again. No attention to detail.
Excellent burgers! They cook to order, so the drive thru takes a little bit longer than most burger fast food restaurants, but the burgers are well worth it. Highly recommend!
I just wanted to take a minute and express my gratitude for the kindness and supreme service I just received at this location. I should have asked his name, but the young black guy at the window that I assume took my order as well, was beyond kind, courteous, and just made the overall experience one that has made my day better so far, and will keep me coming back to this location in the future. Everything in my order was correct as asked, was still hot when I got home, and he even thanked me for being patient (when it didn’t really even take that long to get my order!!) Job well done, dude, hope they give you a raise!! Job well done, Burger Street??
