I haven’t been to BK for a while and decided to give them another shot. If I could give them no stars I would. Their service is the worst in the area! I was treated so disrespectful and come to find out the person being disrespectful was a supervisor! I went in the evening. Corporate needs to look into this restaurant! They treated the people that went before me and after also disrespectful. The person taking orders didn’t even care if he gave bad service and acted as if we were doing him a favor by leaving. Young people, who knows what they were doing in there. They probably conspired to provide bad service so one one had to move a finger while getting paid! I would not eat anything they prepare, if they didn’t care about the service/people, can you imagine how they handle the kitchen?! Do not eat at the Bedford location and Euless is not far behindfrom what I hear from a customer that was in front of me. The customer placed the order through the app to the Euless locations, which was closed! So the order went to the Bedford location, only to find out that, they got charged and the “supervisor” said they didn’t have an order. I must have seen about 5 cars drive by and leave with no food!!!
Like all the other Burger King's I have been to customer service is seriously lacking.Takes WAY to long to order and receive the food. With that being said they are my favorite affordable burger place nothing like flame broiled burgers.Got the app to order delivery for work there are 2 of them one on each side of were I'm at but yet sorry we don't deliver to your area, what the heck is that it's not like I'm in a small city or anything.
Don't bother coming here, avoid if possible, the drive thru is never answered by employees & you're left waiting with no response. You can see the employees inside but they refuse to take orders.
I give 5 stars! Not for the food but the to the gentleman on sunday January 30th that was working the whole store alone. Colossal sandwich shop decided to close early for the 2nd time in a month. So we went to Burger King and understandably the drive thru was closed just so one person could keep the store open..
Its ALWAYS something at this location. Came at 10:40pm for the girl to say they are close but hours of operation is till 12. Every time we come their ice cream machine never works , or they get an order wrong. Really wish they would do better!
I went through the drive through line tonight at 9pm and waited. Nobody spoke, and when we went up to the window we saw a woman coming food. We went around to the front door but it was locked. There was no indication that stated they closed; no sign on the door, lights were on, drive through menu lights were on and a staff member was inside. It would just be nice to know if you guys are closing earlier than what is stated. Bring considerate of your customers and their time.
I understand that in the current situation, people are finding whoever they can for work. but, when the employees do not understand the basic ingredients of their food, after being told multiple times, they should not have a job. every time I’ve ever gone to this location, the staff has been nothing but rude, ignorant, and just out right worthless. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
very dirty Staff including the Manager on Charge. the staff them selves were very dirty. Touching their dirty pants with bair hands. Then makes burger sandwichs with the same dirty hands without washing and no Gloves or Masks during COVID-19 regulation. I was inside the Restaurant, Saw Evey thing from inside. i don't recommend this place to any one. Do not eat there at all otherwise you will get infected with COVID-19.
Burger was warm at best and it had so much bread I took 3 bites before I got to the meat. If your going to give me a big bun than fill it up. Coke taste nasty I think your lines are dirty. On the bright side the fries were really good. Hot, golden, crispy and crunchy.
Good service and one of my best places for lunch
