It saddens me that I’m even having to put up this review. This is my favorite fast food burger joint in the area. I have complained multiple times to the staff that their Coke Zero has been tasting like bug spray I’ve the past 1-2 months. I was told by one employee that I wasn’t the only one saying that. There has been no effort to fix the issue. This time I asked in advance of ordering & the guy just said I don’t know if it tastes like that. I don’t drink it. Until the issue is fixed I will be leaving this review up to warn others. This is disgusting & ignoring the problem is not a solution. Those who have been long time regulars of this establishment should be treated better.
So I had my boyfriend order me a burger since I’m on bed rest after having a major surgery and I ask for my burger with no onions. I was literally on the phone with him while he placed the order and heard him ask for no onions. Tell me why there are onions all over my burger. I call the manager and advise him of the issue and he’s like come back up there with the food and he will replace it like I’m about to drive 30 minutes back up there right now to have my burger replaced when it should’ve been RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Make sure you check your order before you go because they can’t follow simple directions.
Love burger box for a nice good old fashioned burger! They've got other options too, check out their menu. Totally worth checking out if you're in the area or just want a quick fix. The line at this location is not bad and the staff are always nice. I've only used the drive through but never have had any issues with it.The drive thru line is a little odd with placement but they worked with the space they had and nonetheless it doesn't hinder the experience or cause any delays. Food is great tasting, nice and juicy burgers and not dried out. Fries are always hot and tasty plus their shakes are amazing.
Burger box in Euless is one of my favorite hamburger places specially their chocolate milk shake. I drive from Arlington to Euless to get my milkshake from them even though I have another burger box around the corner from my place I rather drive to Euless, fries really crispy delicious

Very seldom do you go to a fast food establishment and your food still be so hot that you need to blow on it. I count this as a good thing. Everything was very fresh and came out quick! I will definitely be coming back to this Burger Box!

At one point since the pandemic started, we ventured down the road a bit and came across this burger place. It has been on the burger rotation since. Great cheeseburger and great fries. They also deliver a great Dr Pepper. They move the drive-thru along fast, and you park out back and they bring your food when it is ready.
They really cook their food properly.
My boyfriend been here but it was first time being here. The guy at the window was weird while we were ordering. Not necessarily rude the whole interaction was just off. I got the number 8 with the bbq on the side, never got the bbq sauce. My meal looked rushed, the burger was thrown together did not look appetizing at all. Only took one bite and it didnt tastw like anything. I was very excited to try this place and ended up very disappointed. It actually made me cry thats how disappointed I am.
