6/38/22, Almost a 3 star had I not had better service before today. The dude with glasses at the bar closest to the garage doors suuuuucked. I eventually went to the inner most bar to get any service after 15 min. He wobbled slowly from customer to customer with absolutely no urgency. I love the place however, great food and maybe with just a little more management supervision/quality service assurance; that would go a long way. I'll be going back for sure though...
Went here to pick up a door dash order. Due to a connection issue, the order was slightly delayed. However, Justin came right out and informed me. He was super friendly, polite, and informative. Always good to see good customer service, especially when I am just a delivery driver and not the actual customer. Great hire with him!!! A+++++++++
Good times and good vibes here. Our waitress took care of us so we took care of her. Bar tab for 5 was around $75 with 2 apps.Live music was great as always.
Went here this weekend and ordered a shot. My shot had a quarter in it….. Brought it up to our server and they blamed it on the bartender and still continued to bring us the bill. Asked for the manager and he refused to comp a $3 shot. Walked away after and had the absolute worst service of my life. I would not recommend coming here after this. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!
We're locals and have stopped in to Bedford Ice House one time years ago. Not much has changed. We went on a Thursday evening to have dinner and drinks. Drinks ok. Food is .....sub par. I won't say awful but there's a lot of strange menu choices. I got fish & chips which would have been fine had it not been overcooked. We ordered queso....its hard to go wrong there but I swear even the canned nacho sauce is better than their queso. My husband ordered a sandwich that was barely edible. We took it home but it ended up in the trash :( He said it was also overcooked. I'm giving 3 stars because I do like to sit on the patio and our waitress was very upbeat and friendly. We just won't eat if we ever go back to hang on the patio.
Great flat bread pepperoni pizza. Drink specials every night. Outdoor area is nice with very large gas fire pit.

The only complaint I have are the metal barstool chairs around the tables inside. Otherwise, we always have a great time there! They have great live entertainment, good food, and the servers are pretty attentive for as busy as they are. Get there early for an indoor table because, once the live entertainment starts up (usually around 9 pm), standing room only becomes the only way to enjoy it. Outdoor seating is available with a fire ring and heat lamps in the winter and fans in the summer.
Came here to eat and watch the game. The food was on point, drink prices were reasonable. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the area we were located at. The only thing is that it was cold outside and the heater located in our area wasn't working. All in all this is a good place to vibe and mingle.
Bedford Ice House allows smoking on the patio, which is an absolute deal breaker for me. I find it very difficult to enjoy my food when I have to smell cigarette smoke.We had the loaded fries and the trashcan nachos. Loved the nachos. The fries were so, way, entirely too salty that I couldn’t finish them… and I like really salty food. Ordered a Coronita but the waitress returned and said that they did not have any triple sec and couldn’t make frozen margaritas. I ordered the Texas Mule instead, which was fine.
