Where do I begin. I’ve been a loyal Fresh Wok customer since 2007. Seeing what Sayuri Hibachi has done to that nice, appetizing, full from the aroma Fresh Wok combination fried rice is nothing but an abomination. Please tell me, who uses ground beef in fried rice? Sayuri Hibachi, I know you see all these complains about how awful your food is. Please anyone, did the previous Fresh Wok owners open up another restaurant? They can’t just jilt on that amazing menu of theirs and hand over everything to this nonsense Sayuri Hibachi of a new owner.PS: They don’t even deserve a one star. I wish there was a rating lower than a one star.
While their Hot and Sour soup is very good 2 hours awaiting delivery aftr being informed that it would be around 40-50 minutes.Beware, when you go on their website links intoGrub Hub.

I have been in the Euless area for awhile trying different Asian Take out restaurants nearby and this by far is the best. This is our go to stop on nights I don’t feel like cooking. We have ordered about 6 times now! I never have to wait long and the customer service is great! I order the China Town Special, the veggies are always cooked to perfection!

Ordered in person on 7/8/21. Chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken was horrible. The rice was either undercooked or old, was not fluffy and tender, the chicken not fresh very dry and crust was old and soggy not crunchy. I always loved Fresh Wok, they made the best of everything. Really miss their cooking. Hadn't been there in a long time esp. since the name change. Decided to try it severely dis-appointed. 21 bucks down the drain, will never go there again. Beware..
Ordered the teriyaki chicken \\u0026 shrimp. Chicken was unbelievably over cooked. I also ordered a spicy tuna roll that was packed with my hot food making it absolutely horrific when I came to eat it. The \\\"tuna\\\" was sour and bad. This was a pretty terrible experience overall.
