I really fixed up the lobby it's really nice here I don't know why people wait in line at the drive thru!
I tried the new Wagyu Steakburger today (Ranch and bacon version) and crinkle-cut fries. Arby's coming out with a burger is definitely a hell-freezing-over moment! But, I do believe they have something there! It was quite tasty and the ranch dressing works well with it. I hope it's a permanent menu item, because with some fine tuning and practice, it will make a great choice! It's better than Five Guys already.
Not even worth 1star, I ordered 4 Sliders 2)Jalapeño Roast Beef 2) Buffalo Chicken and an order of curly fries, I had no problem waiting 10 minutes for the food, thinking at least it will be hot and fresh...WRONG!! There was barely any beef but a pile of jalapeños, and the chicken was dry as hell and they gave me crinkle cut fries(which I didn't even know they have) I swear I just about damn near broke/chipped my tooth the first bite of them.... I thought Arby's was better than that, I've tried to call the store to speak to a manager but it just rings a couple of times and then starts beeping.. so instead of being able to give them a chance to Right Their Wrong, here I am posting a Negative Review!!!
I ordered two half pound cheddar beef meals and there was literally one small dab of cheddar on both sandwiches smh. By the time I got home it was too late to drive back to get a refund. So upset! I paid over $25 for this? Worst Arbys location ever! If I order a cheddar beef sandwich why isn’t there ANY cheddar!!!!!! Someone needs to get fired!
WE HAVE THE MEATS…?Although my Corned Beef Reuben was a little skimpy on the beef it was quite tasty. While the bread didn’t have much for rye flavor it was toasted well. The sauce and kraut were lovely.Kaleb, working the drive-thru was quick and courteous. Other than the occasional meatless bite it was a nice experience.EDIT:Stopped by again a week later for a Jalapeño Ranch Wrap was quite pleased with the quality. The grilled jalapeños we’re actually spicy which was fantastic! Oscar helped me in the drive-thru and let me know the taters were on happy hour so I snagged some tasty curlies. Very nice dude!
The drive thru attendant was doing highly offensive impressions of a mentally challenged person. This employee expected me to place my order and act like nothing was wrong while they alternated through every offensive "handicapped" dialect they could think of. I was furious and drove away without completing the order, I am not going to give my business to an establishment like that. This was Sunday, Feb 6 at 4:50pm.To make matters worse, I tried calling multiple times to inform a manager but they don't care. Didn't even want to discuss it.Apparently, this kind of thing is totally acceptable to Arby's. I volunteer for the Special Olympics so Arby's stance on this is completely antithetical to my values. For that reason, I can't ever see myself returning to this or any Arby's. What a shameful company, I hope one of these people that you look down upon sues you under the ADA, so that justice finds you and leaves you bankrupt. Also, the food has been going downhill for years, it's terrible anyway.
We came to get fish sandwiches. Alex took our order. He was the BEST! When he gave us our drinks, he gave us a "complimentary red straw". He asked if we wanted extra sauces and then said he would give us "plenty of gourmet napkins"! You made the right choice by hiring him. He's GREAT! He truly gave us EXCELLENT customer service! 1.24.22 @ 8:42pm
We like Arby's food, but they just can't seem to get a drive-thru order correct. The last EIGHT times I've used the drive-thru they have gotten the order wrong. The last two times I even wrote the order on paper and handed it to them through the window. They still got it wrong. Never going back.
Only because I had a coupon, I stopped by to get a wrap. I can't really complain about the food, it was actually good. The only issue would have been the customer service at the window, I had a coupon, but forgot to mention it. The gentleman, with an attitude, said I needed to make sure to mention that before placing the order. I understand what he was saying, but the way he said it, wasn't necessary. I don't think I'll visit again, sadly, it isn't the same.
Excellent experience! The person taking our order was patient and knowledgeable. We ordered $50 dollars worth of food on New Years Eve everything item was correct and freshly made.
