I love this location it’s the cleanest and friendly wingstop I go to. The food always fresh and hot. The employees are so welcoming.
This is the third time this place has messed up my order. Had to wait an extra 20 mins for the order that I had ordered ONLINE prior to coming to the store. All except for one of the workers had some kind of an attitude for no reason. Barely said anything to me when handing me my food. Left the store and didn’t even get any of the ranch that I paid for. Will not be coming back.
Terrible service, who ever was working the phone at 10:35pm has zero customer service skills, I never got my order delivered and I just wanted a refund. She said it's not their responsibility if your order gets lost, but if I buy food somewhere and I dont get what I pay for I say it's the restaurants responsibility to remburse you. If your getting paid to do a job do it right.
No one in restaurant but it took 25 minutes to get our order. One person in kitchen, one employee sitting at an empty table service was terrible. Fries were cold

I've been to several Wingstops, and this one is right in line with previous experiences. The staff was helpful and the chicken is exactly what I expected. I had the Cajun Rub and I usually get something more like the parmesan butter or perhaps a barbecue flavor, but I think the Cajun Rub is my new favorite because it doesn't come out as greasy and there isn't a puddle of butter underneath when you're done. Does that make it more healthy? LOL

The person that took my order seemed like she wasn't entirely there. At first I was told there were no more bone in wings and when the person behind me ordered she asked if they wanted bone in. Then she said we had to open our beer there and drink it when we ordered togo. When we got home our wings only had a little sauce on top of them. They were hard
Best wings anywhere. It wasnt the food that dissapointed me. It was the employees. One customer left upset with no food. A girl asked his name. He told her and she said they didnt have his order. He said he already spoke to 3 people and they said it was coming. She then told him and I quote. You havent spomen to me and we dont have your order in system. In a real sassy tone. While there were 2 eating in dining area with the few they had on line struggling. Not the wing stop I know.
