They were out of mustard. We ordered 5 meals. After people that came in after us were getting their orders and after waiting for 40 minutes, I asked where our meals were. Cashier said the kitchen lost our order and it'll be out in a minute, they were waiting on fries. (Wait, what?) Once we received our food, it was good, and the fries were hot. Overheard a newer customer told that they were out of mustard and tomatoes.I will avoid this location, but will be back to Whataburger soon, because they are awesome (mostly)
Ok ... After the first time I sat in the drive thru 30 minutes , I thought ..maybe they are having a bad day (we all do) After like the 4th time waiting in line forever , I think it’s safe to say ,If you have plans or are in a rush , this is not the place to go . But on the bright side , each time my food was piping hot. So, hey ,We pick and choose our battles. What I will say is the customer service is great. Very nice people
I eat here at least once a week, and every time I come here the staff is always friendly and polite, especially Antoinette R., she is always cleaning and wiping stuff down, and constantly moving back and forth while checking on the customers, all while taking multiple orders.Y’all have a great team with this bunch!!!
Went during extremely busy lunch rush. They were trying to implement a new system similar to Chick-fil-A, but clearly have quite a few kinks to work out. Everyone was very obviously working hard to try to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. I did end up having to go inside the building for my drinks and pay despite having waited patiently in the drive thru line. They were trying and just honestly forgot. My children said the food was incredibly tasty though. Will reevaluate once they have had more time to fine tune their new system.
Great place, never have a serious complaint. Every once in a while they forget your gravy or the shake machine is down, but those are few and far in between. Overall, it's a great lunch break destination if you get tired of Jack in the Box's bland menu or McDonald's attitudes.
Decent food by Whataburger standards, consistently very slow and occasionally gets orders wrong.
I get it I work customer service and the customer isn't always right but this time my food wasn't correct and it wasn't what I paid for I wasn't upset I went in pull food out with receipt to show what got me was I ask for my food to be remade FRESH and the bag was snatched off the counter like it was a problem i asked because by the time i make it home every body else food will be cold the young lady that was cleaning the lobby apologize that's why iam giving it a 1 star other than that it would be no stars and I didn't get upset until people coming to the front looking at me crazy like I was wrong that's when I got upset and still didn't show it but I left my drinks on the counter is how upset I was if this the type of customer service you give stay home or better yet I will Not be returning throws food away because now I don't feel comfortable eating money wasted
Whataburger just sucks in Beaumont. The staff is lackluster, the service is slow, and I waited a really long time just to get the wrong thing and happened more than once. Hate to not have WB breakfast out here but seriously they are terrible.
