I like their fajita tacos.but they don't use wheat tortillas.so I can't eat those any more.i do like their salads.i don't agree how they treated one of their best employees earlier today while I was in there.saying what she doing.i told them she cleaning the tables.ond of the managers told her hurry up.i said that manager.she one of your best workers.you need treat her right.instead of hollering at her.giving her orders.you need give her helping hand.
Walked in, was greeted in a most hateful manner with, "What do you want?" I had to look around to see if she was pissed at someone and I was the only one there. I said, Excuse me? She said, "You heard me. What do you I want?" I thought I wanted a Whataburger fix...guess I was wrong. I won't be back. And, I will not return...but I will be telling this to anyone who wants to go there. I've been eating Whataburger all my life. Y'all have lost a customer.
It appears the hiring process at store #204, is not very selective.They very much scraped the bottom of the barrel for this crew.I ordered at 5:09pm on 4/4/22 for reference.When I walked to the counter, Davon, the kid at the counter just stared at me; no greeting, just stared at me. I guess he was expecting me to just tell him what I wanted. I had to tell him, because I never asked.The restaurant was dirty. The employees, (of you can them that), were just standing around talking really loud; complaining about being there and about the customers.I would say they were doing just enough not to get fired.Very disappointed with this location. New to the area; maybe this is what I can expect from this company.Hopefully, this review didn't fall on deaf ears.I gave 2 Stars, because at least I got my food.
Worst whataburger! I love whataburger and I’ve not once ever had such a poor experience till today! Management seriously needs to work on this locations customer service. Not attentive at all and order was beyond sloppy! As if zero effort was given.
First time here was greeted when I walked in. . Service was good speed of service sucks and walked straight out after 5 mins
The people who work at this Whataburger are just the sweetest nicest people. Makes my heart feel good to share some common decency and kindness with somebody in a normal day today transaction. The burgers are great, as well. :) Thank you, God bless you all, and I hope you all have a wonderful day.
This Patty Melt is a must get if you're checking out any Whataburger. The staff here is friendly. Highly recommend
It used to be THE place, now it's not...Food was thrown together. Maybe they were in a rush...But it shouldn't have been this way. WATERBURGER used to mean something...ehhh not now...I'll go to Sonic instead....ugh
We came here from WV and always wanted to try this place and it did not disappoint! Food was great and staff was so nice!
We are new to Whataburger ! We fell in love at first bite! We are from N.C. and would absolutely love to have a Whataburger! The burgers are larger than my hand and so worth the money paid! Make sure to try their spicy ketchup!
