Stopped to eat lunch today 06/05/22 and doors were locked we went to both sides it was 11:20am so we went through drive through and it took them a good 3 minutes before they said anything we even started backing out. When they came on I went to order #1 and he stopped me and was like we are all out of diet drinks I didn't even try to order a diet drink it was like they didn't want any business at all can't believe owners of restaurants let this happen your business is suffering because of your employees!!!!!!
Every time that I come through here, I always have an amazing experience and there is always spectacular customer service. With my last visit, I was greeted by Jamari (I hope I remembered the proper spelling) and he was so friendly to myself and my little one in the car! I thought that he deserved some recognition for making a dim day brighter for us! The food was also wonderful, but the customer service truly stood out for me!
I have absolutely no complaints, I forgot to ask for no ketchup on my burger, but that was an easy fix one I got home. The important thing is, I got exactly what I expected for the price I expected. ?
It has a strange smell throughout. The drink dispenser was in need of cleaning. And there was soda on the floor in the entry hall with a wet floor sign sitting next to it.As for the food, the bacon was so overcooked that it crunched so hard I hurt my tooth.The staff, however, was joyful and friendly, and we felt welcomed. So, it was an experience, to say the least.
Waited for about 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there, then it was another couple of minutes before our order was taken, and we were the only ones in line. Then the fries were cold. Will beer go there again.
Good hot hamburger it was better there then it is in my own hometown had to go to the next town to get a good hot hamburger Thanks to the drive thru good job
It’s OK. Had to re-order the same sandwich three times to get them to get it right. No reason why I keep going back because the price
Went in for a quick bite, super busy, register was down in lobby but manager was very nice & provided great customer service... staff includedfood was hot & fresh
Only the fries were hot and men's room smelled as if someone had died inside it. This place could use a good cleaning.
Their card reader wasn't working at the time so had to pay cash only, fortunately I ordered online and paied through the app. Food was good though.
