I ordered a $5 biggie bag and a cheese potato. The potato was so small my one year old granddaughter would have still been hungry if anyone would have eaten it but they also burned it dry. I tried to call several times but no one answered so now I post my disappointment on this visit and this will deter me from going back for quite some time

I had a feeling that good service comes only on certain days . I have learned that higher prices brings worsening service. What can I say????
Consistently good food and service. This location seems to be staffed and managed well. All other fast food locations should be this good.
The entire team of ladies back there was polite, courteous and respectful. My southwest salad looked better than the advertisements! I will be back, as we pass through Beaumont to visit family often. Absolutely the best possible experience for a guest.
Wendy’s is a nice to go spot when I visit my parents. Plus, it’s close to my home.

This location is the best one in my opinion! They offer extra ingredients for the chili whereas the other Beaumont location has never offered. All the food was fresh and hot. Customer service was great.. Very friendly staff. This will be my go to location from now on
