Extremely loud from workers performing cleanup throwing pots, dishes in sink, talking loud. Couldn't even have a conversation due to noise. Had to ask for our drinks three times. Waitress keep scratching her head while waiting on us. No a relaxing lunch. Servers more interested in joking with each other loudly than taking care of their customers.
Imy observations. Place needs an overhaul or maybe it's a training facility. Very slow. Certain workers look lost . Almost 35 minutes waiting in food . But when I got it it was so. Needs improvement and phones taken off jobs while working
We got there before the late crowd rush so our food and service was good.
Although everyone was very friendly and nice and all. The service, preparation and delivery of the meals needs work.Better communication between whom ever is taking the order and the one cooking it.Cook's turning down help when you are clearly in need of it seems as if there is something's going on between on coming and out going employees or someone has to much pride.Either way, the meals for my wife and myself weren't terrible just not the usual goodness we are use to.
Food was hot and fresh and ready for pickup. Ms Robin tool my order and was extremely nice and professional!!!!
I was visiting from California, and I make a point of eating here when I visit. We don't have waffle house at home, so it's fun for me. Food is good, staff are friendly.
Friendly staff and good food that was well prepared. A hotel was nearby as well as a gas station next to it. A good place to dine in.

Nicest and best Waffle House in Beaumont. Waitress was nice, friendly and welcoming. Very good cook.
My experience was great because of one server with her cute little twisted hair! I wished I knew her name she literally saved my night thanks so much!!!!
