Best Hibachi I've been to in Texas! The resteraunt is great size and was nice for a small family get together while we were visiting. It was nice to be able to reserve the private room ahead of time. Very clean all around, including the restrooms which were nicely furnished. I read a lot of comments that had different experiences, but ours was great! The hostess staff were super friendly from the beginning, and the waiter was very attentive with everything. The chef was AMAZING, and funny as he entertained us and was by far one of the best we've had at any Hibachi, so ask for Eddie!The sushi rolls were great, and had a good assortment of options. Soup and salad were pretty standard, but fresh. The Hibachi dinner was cooked ro perfection and was more food than any of us could finish. All at a great price!Would highly recommend for family or for a date night!
Came here at 1:50. They wouldn’t seat us because they said they couldn’t cook our food before 2:30. Manager said we could only sushi. Incompetent crew and management. They will never have my business.
We had a nice lunch here. The mixed Sashimi Platter was fresh and flavorful. Especially the Salmon and Octopus. Nice Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura Platter. Great service from our Waiter. Good pricing. The only downer was way too much dressing on our salad. Otherwise, a very good meal.
The armadillo roll was amazing!!! Our chef was very entertaining and held conversation while preparing our meal and of course the food was delicious!
We came here right when they opened... When you walked in the door there was rice spilled all in the entry way. The bathrooms were not clean I am assuming all this was from the night before. When I asked the waitress what came with the Vegetable dinner she said I don't know no one has ever ordered that before...and walked away...When she came back again to get our order I asked her if she could please find out for me... And that seemed like a out of line question that she didn't want to be bothered with. After she came back seemingly unsure again I just said nevermind. I watched the bartender stick her finger inside my husbands drink to pick something out of the cup...and that drink was still delivered to out table...the only thing that saved this experience was our chef...he had been working there over 20 years he was wonderful...did great at his job and held great conversation... Well we wanted to sit at the grill the waiter didn't tell us a whole family was already at the grill at one of the tables...so they just sat us next to a whole family who was enjoying their moment together and just put us there with no warning or anything...I've NEVER felt so weird in my life eating at someone else's table maybe that's how the restaurant is but it was uncool for us to have experience...We always wanted to go there and now I'll probably NEVER return.....
The best place ever. The host guy was so kind and nice to us being g that I'm disabled and he took my requests to heart and made sure I was comfortable and the over all food and experience was great.
I ordered the Combo C sushi/sashimi plate and the fish tasted "off". Like, the fish taste was very strong as if it may be old and the calamari one was disgusting. It tasted like how a bait bucket smells. I've eaten sushi and sashimi many times over the years and this was by far the worst tasting I ever have had.Needless to say I lost my Appetite and couldn't finish the plate.It's a shame because this place was highly rated, but I guess the sushi and sashimi isn't one of the good items. ?
