During the day they are always very polite, quick and the food is usually fresh and hot
Burrito Supreme was no good at all. Very little meat on tacos and mostly cheap lettuce with a small sprinkle of cheese....... Horrible
This location is NEVER open until 2am. On several occasions I have visited this location before their closing time only to be met with a recording about them being closed.

why do taco bell even attempt to serve breakfast I went by on phealen this morning and was told they don't open until 8 now u went from 7 too 8 most people are either at work by 8 or on there way and then stop serving breakfast at 11 just go back to what yall know TACOS leave breakfast to McDonald's

Samantha messed up my order. She also told me that I couldn't have my loaded nachos in a bigger box. I asked this to ensure that I get what I paid for because they cheated out on my toppings like last time. No manager in charge during this time, if there was, I don't know why I couldn't get what I wanted if im paying for it, which I am. The nachos with alot of extra toppings, they cheated me out on a lot of toppings I had ordered, missing Jalepenos as well as extra potatoes as I had wanted extra potatoes. And the beef chalupe taco I had orders literally had spilled on my cover of my nachos. They told me they couldn't put it in another wrapper, quality of my service was very poor. Not worth coming here.
