Food is phenomenal! Service is great. I have never had a bad experience here . We get the fried rice with the hot mess sauce and ribeye for protein.
Food is amazing. We visit once a week for about the past year and have never been disappointed with the food. It is always clean and well kept. Missing a star...host/hostess seem bothered and don't smile when they greet/seat you-but that doesn't stop us from visiting. In fact, other employees like Henry and Anna make up for that.
3rd time I've been here, I absolutely love Ramen Bars so I'm a little biased in this regard, so I've decided to rate it finally because I took my wife and 2 nephews out here recently and they absolutely loved it, every bit of it, and the funny thing is that my wife doesn't even like ramen, but I find her occasionally asking to go back. Let me tell you, the portions are massive, you can get double noodle, and your choice of meat. My only complaint is that they don't have roast duck as a meat for their ramen bowls. Other than that, this place is best ramen bar in Beaumont. Probably going to go there again today.
The seafood raumen is my ultimate favorite !! My new move is the Sweet Basil special rice . Good food , regular customer

Only 2 stars because everything other than FRIEDRICE AND RED curry are worst.The Hawaiian fried rice is the best one in the menu followed by red curry .
I think I have an unfair advantage of understanding good Asian cuisine. I'm from the 626 in Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley is a riddled with tons of amazing, authentic Asian restaurants. But, Sweet Basil holds its own! I don't think there's anything that sets it apart from great Vietnamese restaurants but it does the fundamentals quite well including good Pho and Bun, and solid rice plates. In Beaumont, not sure you will find better Vietnamese cuisine.
Omg, the egg rolls are the bomb! This place is a must try. The ambiance is beautiful and nice. The staff was very professional and helpful. Will definitely be back. If you’re ever in the area please don’t hesitate to stop. We also had the chicken & shrimp fried rice and the Pho- everything was prepared fresh and it was delicious!
The atmosphere was very relaxing with nice music in the background. The food was very good and tasty, the only thing was that next door they seemed to have an even going on and the music really loud making it really annoying considering it was Sunday at 4pm. Everything was great at sweet basil, food and service was the best and I will be back again maybe just earlier to avoid any blasting music from next door.
I justed finished. I had the Seafood Pho' (shrimp, scallops and lobster). It was AMAZING, and was enhanced by the excellent service of Nanci! Hands down the BEST Pho' I have ever had.
