If I could give this place a "0" I would! I went there Christmas eve night and the woman who served me was AWFUL! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! She didn't wanna help she looked away while helping me didn't give me my total I had to view the screen. Apparently I was bothering her or a huge inconvenience! I am a manager at a Ford dealership and this was SAD to see! You don't have to work if you don't want too but don't jeopardize the owner's investement!
Horrible service. Once my order was completely made. She walked away and started on the next order. Heck no... just let me pay so I can leave.... I ended up just walking out. I'm not supporting a business with this kind of service. Just handle one customer at a time that are in line. How freaking hard is that???
Horrible service! I pick up from Subway at least 3 times per week, especially when I travel because I’m on the go. Today, I traveled to Beaumont and ordered six subs for myself and clients. Not only was the service horrible when I arrived but the sandwiches were unlabeled and cold. With all the COVID going on around us, can you imagine having to tell clients that we’re going to have to open each sandwich to see which is for who? This is ridiculous and as expected, a couple if the clients said they’d eat theirs later. Do you want me to tell you what probably happened to those sandwiches? I will definitely not be stopping at this Subway in Beaumont ever again.
