I understand that they have shift change and I don't mind waiting for awhile but I have other things that I needed to do and I was running late and the man behind the counter said it would be just a little bit then he could help me but 35 minutes later the were still doing shift change and didn't look like that it happen anytime soon so I just left
People could not do their job Manger in the way stopping them unnecessary to me. Had not been in awhile, but it has not changed...
So THIS is what the salads have come to? Pathetic. I literally had to go home and finish making the salad on their behalf. Pictured is a before and after shot. Now I remember why I stopped coming here years ago.

3rd time here this week (I work locally). First time: no issue. Saturday: The guy working rolled his eyes when I walked in and I said "Sir this will probably be the easiest sandwich you make all day" he said "hopefully its the only sandwich I make today." Today: we walk in to the same guy working. I say "Hi! How are you today?" He replies: "I cant make anything. Our computers are down (mind you I can see the welcome screen)". I said "that's ok! We will pay cash." He said "no. I was told not to make anything." My husband said "Well you could put a sign on the door man." And he snarkly replied "my manager said not to bc it chases away customers" I know... It makes no sense. He obviously doesn't like his job and doesn't want to work. We will not visit this location again.
