Coffee is the ususal Starbucks. Usually stop by for work but dear God are they slow this past week. 18 and 22 min for 4 and 5 cars in drive through past 2 times.Go inside, NOT drive through
I was highly disastisfied with the service at this location. I ordered the anniversary blend drip coffee, they didn't have any brewed. I wanted blonde espresso and they didn't have that either. Not a big deal, I ordered a Pike's Place black coffee and regular latte. When my latte came out, I never received the black coffee. The barista begins to brew the black coffee and tells me she's "sorry, but it'll take 5 minutes to brew more." And it was the manger who was running the cash register who should've let me know, before I waited 10 minutes for my latte. Also, the manger had a conversation with a customer about her "only" 30 minute lunch break on her shift, complaining about the lack of time to "eat." Maybe if she wasn't complaining, she would've remembered to brew coffee...at a coffee shop.
So I had never tried the Postachio latte before and I thought I'd give it try. They informed they were out and I inquired about if they had any other nutty flavors they recommended. The barista told me about a caramel macchiato with toffee nut added to it. It is delicious and my new favorite drink! Thanks!
Alyck was the bomb barista and made a suggested that has made me a little more loyal to this brand. Thank you for that. Parking is abundant. Service was excellent and it was nice to sit inside for a little, enjoyed the brownie and Matcha Latte with vanilla bean and oatmilk.

What a glorious day it was as the wife and I stared at 71 cars ahead of us while we waited patiently for her Mochaccino. At first I was like, "oh lord Jesus this is gonna take hours," but then one after another cars moved swiftly through the line and what seemed like a few minutes we were face-to-face w/the window barista who greeted us warmly with a smile. After a quick exchange of smiles she scanned my phone and handed me my wife's beverage! It was a magical day thanks to Starbucks who kept the line moving so I'd not hulk out and smash anything! Later that night the wife was so happy we.....well use your imagination.
Out of anything much, also the paper straws fall apart before you even finish your drink. Then, on top of that, there were so many drinks and food sitting at the pick-up spot that no one was getting, and it was hard to hear or understand when a name was called people was going over there and haven to look through the drinks that was at the pick up spot to find theirs.
Awful service and people working there, they definitely need new baristas that actually know what they are doing ! Waited thirty mins for my coffee inside, no apologies at all yikes! Bad business.

Was a 4 in the beginning.But they've stopped pre making drinks for drive-thru. By that I mean, of your 6 cards back your iced latte isn't melting by the window waiting for you.They've also sped up the service, no more forever waits.Staff is older, and friendly and I've gotten great coffee with no mistakes every time. Best location for the moment.
