I don’t have enough words to express how awesome this location is. I visit every weekday to get my coffee and I’m greeted BY NAME each morning. They go above and beyond service standards every visit. Not only are they amazing to their patrons but without hesitating donated coffee to Hamshire-Fannett Elementary for Teacher Appreciation Week. To also receive a handwritten thank you meant so much to our teachers and we proudly displayed it for everyone to read. Thank you for doing the big and little things that means so much ?
Use to go there all the time but the last few times have be a very bad experience. First off they ran out of milk but instead of telling customers they just added water to it instead. Made all my drinks taste horrible. Called and spoke to manager was told next time I come in tell them that he said they were taken care of. Told employees and they told me no can do. So I left. Will not be back to that location any more
They don't have anything to eat, I mean anything!!! No Chocolate Crouisaant, Brownie, cake pop, grilled cheese, while placing my order for everything she literally just said "we don't have it" for everything, like there was no let me check ma'am or we are sorry ma'am nothing, just straight up No we don't have it.They don't seem to understand what customer service is, there was not a single friendly face, no smile, no hello, and they weren't even busy which proves this Starbucks sucks!!Hard to see such terrible service at The Starbucks!
I’d rather not leave any stars. Literally waited 35 minutes in line, assume they’re busy. I’m at the window to order and no one comes on to let me know “we’ll be right with you” NOTHING. It’s dead silence. Waited another 10 minutes and no one ever came on. Super annoyed and left. They never have anything when I go (strawberries, berries, venti sized cups) oh, and they close way before the time it says. Went @ 7, they close @ 9.. employees just walk out the back and inform the line that they just closed. Needing better management or something cause this Starbucks is a huge disappointment ✌?
Pretty disappointed with this experience to say the least. Waited at one of the many dirty tables while the baristas forgot about my drink for 15 minutes. The manager (assuming) was too busy yelling orders at the staff to jump in and help I guess. My empty cup was sitting on the back counter waiting to be made. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt since places are short staffed, but there were at least 5 people working. I asked about the status of my drink, and didn’t get anything as much as a “Sorry”. Then the barista told me “You know we don’t have dragonfruit right?”. I’m not sure why I would know the status of their inventory, but alright. Eventually I received a strawberry/mango fusion of something far from what I ordered. And once again, never even got a “I’m sorry about that”.Don’t bother coming here. Save your patience, trust me.
I'm so disappointed, I've ordered mango lemonade in California plenty of times and they never over did the ice. I get to Texas and twice I've gotten a cup full of ice, drink gone after a few sips. Funny thing is my stomach can only hold 8oz at a time so a small cup lasts me a good while. I'll have to say easy on the ice from now on.
I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Crème Frappuccino and it tastes like milk. We ordered 6 things and they gave 3 things and they forgot the rest of our order (We got the rest of it.)
Stopped in on way to Houston. Employees were nice to my little one and above average latte for a Starbucks.
The coffee and food here are pretty good for a Starbucks. The only complaint I had was that they substituted Dark Chocolate in for the White Chocolate flavor they were out of without telling us. The person that ordered the drink can't have dark chocolate. Other than that it was pretty good.
Did anyone else realize they gave free refills on regular coffee?
