Soft spot in my heart for this place. Hopefully it won't be as crowded when they open the Lumberton location. These guys are such hard workers, I don't think people realize just how many drink orders they get. They have such a great attitude about it too.
Ordered 4 drinks and got 3 really quick but finally had to go ask about it.
Visiting family for the holidays and found this Starbucks (not the one in Kroger). This Starbucks is a big attraction for the area, the line was wrapped around the building and standing room only inside. I think they are understaffed with the amount of traffic this store sees, nevertheless the staff they do have are wonderful and drinks were perfect. I love the note board filled with encouraging post Its for people to read, what a great idea.
Starbucks inside Kroger. The barista was very unprofessional. She was on her phone talking to someone while I was asking her questions about the holiday cups. I’m thinking she’s listening to me and she has AirPods in. I ordered a grande toasted white mocha and she used iced coffee to make it. She did not make it with Espresso shots like the ingredients call for. She stated there was no whip cream nor ANY flavor cream foams. So there was no creamer, no milk, and no syrup flavors? Or did she not have a frother? She just didn’t want to make it! It tasted like I went to Dunkin and got a iced coffee. The only reason I went to this one is because I was in a rush and the Starbucks line on Dowlen was way too long. Never again!

Great coffee, during the morning and midday, the lines alone in the Drive-Thru.
I've been here several times and they supposedly never have cold brew, please take the cold brew advertising signs down in front of Kroger if you do not have cold brew bc it makes no sense, false advertising. And of the many times I have purchased coffee here over the past 6 years I have never received good customer service, except maybe once waaay back. The main Starbucks location next to Novrozsky's is MUCH better!
