They did forget a small portion of my 3 meal order (tots), but the lady who took our order at the drive-thru area was the most efficient and articulate speaker I've ever heard working at a fast food restaurant.
The food and service are pretty good, but this location constantly has order screens that are down. I had to move 3 times to get to a working stall.
They had a sign excusing the long wait times due to lack of employees, well they don't need it. Wait time was minimal food was made right and good.
Horrible customer service, no food sign outside before going to intercom, as soon as you pull up to imtercom rude man states of you don't know what you are ordering, you can come back when you know.
They don't have a food menu outside before you get to the intercom. The man at the intercom was very rude, he stated if you don't know what you are ordering you can come back when you know what you are ordering. We literally just pulled up to the intercom when he stated this. I also did not receive my drink, I received my food but not my drink. That was my first time, going to this location, and I will never go again, tx105 beaumont, tx.
The fries came out hot and crispy just like I asked for them but way to much salt. The Chicken Slinger was so tiny and overcooked. If I had known it was snack size or for little people...I would have ordered a different sandwich. It was a meal and still was almost $8...., Definitely not worth the price. The chocolate shake was outstanding and the reason for 3 stars vs 1 or 2!

Today we stopped by for some ice cream after a long day. We decided to order through the app which was pretty convenient and our Blasts were brought to us quickly despite being fairly busy. Everything was as we ordered and the server was very polite and cheerful. Overall, we can’t wait for our next ice cream night!
