If I could give this Sonic no stars, I would. Pushed red button to order, yet nobody ever took my order. Waited for quite some time. Thought okay maybe that one doesn't work so went to a different stall yet same response. They were not busy. I waited, like a fool for 12 minutes and couldn't get any help. I watched 3 other vehicles pull up, order, and get the orders. I couldn't even get the attention of the car hop. Keep up the lousy service and lose business. Needless to say I have filed a complaint with Corporate. Either step up or step out.
I'm not sure why I keep giving this Sonic a chance other than the convenience of it being closest to my house. Tonight my daughter's wacky pack cheeseburger was served with only a bottom bun, meat & cheese that was stuck to the wrapper. I'm not sure how you make then wrap a burger without a top bun without noticing but it's what happened.We turned around once we noticed & they made her a new burger but what was originally a quick stop for dinner turned into a 45 minute ordeal. Next time I'll just drive to the NEXT closest Sonic.
Ordered a cheese coney and mozzarella. Parking lot is empty. 10 minutes later they asked what I ordered. Got my food 20 minutes later. I see why the lot is empty. They are lazy and slow.
never again .. total waste of my hard earned money!!! rude /disrespectful but just look at my food .. gross
This particular Sonic has been in a state of decline for quite some time now. I continue to go there because of convenience, and hope that the issues can be resolved. Unfortunately I'm repeatedly disappointed.
They are dealing with no Employees. They had everybody come to the window. There are just two workers there. 1 cook 1 person at the window.
Terrible. We had to use the drive through due to the short staffing. It took a very long time to get served..almost 30 minutes..then, not only was the food cold...our buns were smashed and unrecognizable..the burgers and fixings were half way out the buns and the fries were cold and hard! Ended up tossing everything! Total waste of $23 dollars! The only reason for 2 stars is because the employee was very apologetic about the wait...I truly felt sorry for her.
Service was slow, I guess because of employee shortage. Burgers were good, I only had one tomato on my burger, I guess they're short on tomatoes too ?.
Lately it has been awful. My slush turns into white ice after a couple sips and I always pay for cherries in the strawberry slush and never get them. My last order I paid extra for onion rings and got fries, my burger had a long twine looking string in it, I just threw it away. Today I went for lunch, Sonic is conveniently located by my home and job, and tge manager came out and made sure my order was correct with ? cherries in my strawberry ? slush and my extra long hot dog was delicious with no strings‼️
We ordered medium sonic blast and the cup was only filled up half way and the ice cream powdery. Never going there again. The strawberry cream slush had no ice cream and the wait time was over 20 minutes. Never going there again.
