Disrespectful and the dude couldn’t get my order right for like 10 minutes just want it a chicken dinner with fries instead of tots he tried getting me to buy a whole Nother Fry I weighed it like 20 minutes just for them to answer to take my order and then I asked for a large sweet tea he brought me a medium unsweet and then when I told them he brought me another medium sweet tea and I asked him if he wanted the other one back and he said he’ll throw it away but he dropped it by my truck..
Very disappointed, made an app order of 2 drinks, EASY ice, a Strawberry CHEESECAKE milkshake, and tator tots. Checked out and was there for a good 15 or longer minutes. Workers were seen in the window lolligagging on their phones and with each other. Got tator tots cold, drinks with a lot of ice, and a simple strawberry milkshake with no cheesecake. Very very disappointed....
Went to get 2 shakes for me and my girl... After waiting 20 to 30 minutes I asked what was going on to which they replied it would be out in a minute. 15 minutes later and still no drinks I looked and seen that people had already been served that had just pulled in 5 to 10 minutes ago. We left without food or even acknowledgement from the management or employees when we tried to wave them down and complain. Worst sonic I've ever been to
Powerade slush, add lemons light and add nerds plus another half a box of dollarstore one dollar nerds to go with it and route 44 me the girls number delevering that food bro, because I think she's supposed to be told that you are supposed to wear skate ya know?
The absolute worst sonic I have ever been to and I go daily, but this one takes the cake. 20 minutes for a cold kids burger and a coke. I get being busy, but this is just ridiculous.
The person that waited on me named Elijah he was a very nice gentleman I did not remember what was the name of the hamburger that came up on the screen and he came outside to make sure I was talking about the right one and I really appreciate him coming outside to help me with my order Elijah is a very good person he even had a cute smile gave me my food when it was hot
My daughter want a chicken slingers not chicken stripes of course she was mad and didn't eat it... She gave it to the cat outside that keep coming in the yard... I ask for a bacon burger with no onion extra pickles... I get a burger with extra onion and little pickles.... I don't even like onion??? the only thing they got right was the bag of ice....had to go to Dairy Queen...spent 14 and some changes I don't get what I ask for
Went there about 954 p.m. closed at 11 plenty of time, asked for onion rings they said "oh we are out" next I said well I will take a small vanilla shake immediately cut off "oh our ice cream machine is down" I just drove off because basically everything was in a non operational status at this point. It was clear nobody wanted to do anything by the looks on their faces. Where is the Chic Fil A handbook when you need it. ?
I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button to make an order. Someone came on the speaker and took my order and stated she would put the order in in just a minute. 10 minutes later, I the screen never came up to pay so I pressed the red button in so I can check on my order or make the order over again. Red button just flashed, I sat there a few minutes longer, and no one ever answered. So I figured they didn't want me eat lunch and I drove off. I visit Sonic every few years for something different and I'm always reminded why I don't eat there. Either food below expectations or bad customer service. My food order never got put in after spending 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break trying to do so. PATHETIC!
Took an hour and twenty minutes to get my food, and they messed up the order. Received cold tater tots with cheese instead of my chili cheese fries, and they completely forgot my quarter pounder burger. They've always been a little slow, but never this ridiculous.
