I ordered online and was supposed to get a rootbeer with sweet cream and a medium MnM blast w/ whipped cream and a drink carrier. I got a rootbeer with 2 half and halfs, forgot my spoon and whipped cream. I clicked the button because I had forgot to order a pretzel and the lady was super rude and didn't give Change, I was OK with it because I really didn't want to start problems with people that obviously didn't care about they're jobs.. I get it tho because they don't get paid much
Shake machine has been broke. For literally weeks. Still let you orser on the app... but then can't give you what you order and the store can't do a refund. Getting a refund from the website is ridiculous. Email after email making you send the same info in hopes that you give up. The Sonic on Dowlen in Beaumont is the worst managed one in the country!
Number 3 extra onions, medium tot, large drinkI didnt get extra onions or even alot....and got a medium drink. ( Which I paid for. ) Lady who brought food said it was cheaper thats why she did medium.This is going to sound rude but....THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.I dont care how much a large cost. Ring me up for a medium and give me a large if that's the case.Ill give them a few more tires....BUT if I dont get extra onions....yhen im done with this particular location. EXTRA ONIONS IS IMPORTANT TO ME.
I placed an on app order and arrived a few minutes before my requested pickup time. After arriving I entered the stall number on the app. I finally received my meal 15 minutes later. Drove straight home aprox 1/2 mile only to find my order was cold. I watched an employee take another customer an ice cream beverage on the opposite side of the building. He then returned with the ice cream beverage, he litterly took off the plastic dome lid, scrape off the whipped cream, placed more ice cream into the cup and mixed it with a mixing machine. He placed a new lid on the beverage and returned beverage to the customer. Watching this employee handle the beverage like this, and me personally spending $8 on cold food did not impress me today.
Tonight, I went to Sonic on 23rd Street... Surprised that it was open because it's Easter.! I was excited. ? But left disappointed. I ordered my food, waited, waited waited, more then 15 minutes, others got their food, and some where some Never got it.... I called and pushed the button to see where my order was and the lady says their no longer taking orders.... ? But wait, I ordered they have employees.. Why can I get my order? ? I waited another 10 minutes and NEVER got my order! I will never go back their! I decided to go to the Sonic on Dowlen Rd. I make a order.. I over hear the employee say, ”we only have 3 employees “ .... I'm like oh. Well I got my order! 23rd Sonic... I Will Never see you again! I Left disappointed!
This is the second time in two weeks that i have tried to order a shake and they have said both times that their ice cream machine is out.
Good food and nice people make for a good experience
Young lady was very nice. Polite. Food was good, fresh and hot. Large malts was fantastic.
I know no one from sonic corporate is going to see this but the hours of operation listed on the website say they close at 11pm but as I pulled into the parking lot at 10pm the employees looked at me and turned off the lights as if they were closed
The employee Dave is such an awesome worker, he is always so happy and cheerful..
