I placed an order on the app for two medium original sandwiches. My husband picked them up. Totally wrong sandwiches in the bag. I tried to call to let them know and was put on indefinite hold.
I love the Austin vibe of this particular schlotzskys. They are busy but service is excellent! Fast and friendly staff and the food was great. I always get the pick 2 with pizza and salad and it was fresh and perfect.
We love this particular Schlotzky's because of how fresh the bread is! Everything here is amazing! Even the cokes are consistently carbonated. This location is simply the best! My favorite!
I love the sandwiches and pizzaI ordered soup today.The onion soup looks like black water with burnt onions in it. There wasn't any melted cheese or croutons.and it's says on the menu.The potato soup was so thick it was not soup.I was feeling bad with the flu and wanted some comfort food like soup. I was not please.Call me sick and disappointed ?
Really good food. The place was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The restroom was clean. Will most definitely be back. Follow me for more reviews!!!!!!!
I absolutely love this Schlotzky's.The food is always fantastic!And the staff are the best. I feel as if I'm being catered to whenever I go here. EVERYONE of the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Just ordered from there, found 2 hairs in 1 half of my sandwich. Definitely not mine as it was black and I have blue hair, and it was in the vegetables of the sandwich.
If you aren’t going to do curb side. You should take it off your app and I will go to other food places that does.
Please hire someone who can take an older over the phone. Clearly there is a breakdown in communication they could not hear me and I could not understand them. I truly understand that talking on the phone and speaking clearly can be an overwhelming task. Thank you
