Good food. Way overpriced. My first time to try oxtails. Tasted really good, but didn't know mostly fat on bones. What meat there was tasted really good though. Sweet potatoes were great.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. Friendly staff with inviting atmosphere. I love their meatloaf. In my opinion, better than Richards hands down. Very consistent and guaranteed goodness?

Home style Soul Food at it's Finest! A-1, Rosie's!! Phenomenal. I had the Smothered Pork Chops, Candied Yams, and Okra 'n Tomatoes, With a slab of Dark Chocolate Cake. Only complaint? Cake WAS just a LIIIITTLE BIT dry. But everything, and everyone, else was STELLAR. Highly recommend to all and sundry. And ...that GRAVY?? Man! Haven't had the like in years a 'plenty...since my Gran died, I've not had such fine, down home good food. And the GRAVY!?...shhhh...!! Now! Don't say this loud, cuz she'll roll right over in that Casket...but (I do love n miss you SO, Gran! Oh man I do!!) But .... Rosie's is better than my Gran's was. Omg it was rich, smooth, and creamy without one HINT of lump, and no taste of too much CornStarch as a trick either!! PERFECTION IN ALL CATEGORIES. Only thing...Id sink a tad more capital into interiors and decor...but...if you're looking for good a**food and not worried about good a**table arranging and such...? Knocked it out tha' PARK Rosie's... Firing on all cylinders, y'all!! Superb.
I was there on a Sunday after church, never been there before. When we walked in, I was happy to see clean and spacious dining room. Very clean with adequate so I'll distancing, everyone wore mask. Servers were courteous and helpful. There were several down home meats, Ox tails, Turkey wings and meat loaf, I had the turkey wings over rice, greens, cabbage and cornbread. Wings had good flavor meat was a little dry. Cabbage was spot-on, greens just average but good. Cornbread was light and delicious. I'd give it a 3 1/2 stars. I plan to return and try other items on the menu.
