Come here if you have nothing better to do for 2 to 3 hours. We were told our table of 2 would be 25 minutes despite lots of open tables. Ok fine we wait. .....more than 50 minutes later after multiple people was seated before us even though they came after. Hostess/watress/table cleaner walked by us again and said oh what's your name again oh ok come on. When we were finally seated I counted at least 12 empty tables on that side of restaurant alone. This is ridiculous and a poor job by manager. You would think if we had to wait around a hour to be seated in a half empty restaurant the manager would have stopped by to apologize for the wait or explain. Perhaps it was not we were waiting on a empty table but they did not have enough waitresses or waiters to serve. Then to be seated at a clearly dirty table and waitress to say I'll clean it and come back with a dry paper napkin and brush food off table onto the seat and walk off. No wonder the restaurant was half empty. Multiple people left while we were waiting for our table BTW and all theose people came after us.

Good foodOkay serviceWill try again soon with a different serverwent back . at 2PM there were a dozen cars in the lot. . 4 people waiting to be seated in the lobby . .took 15 min for someone to appear and she said it would be at least 15 min before I would be seatedI got up and looked in the dining area. . . practically empty . . left

Edited to 4 after 2nd visitThe service was awful. Had to ask for even our drinks to get a little bit of ice several times. Finally got that when we were done eating. He kinda tossed my Husband's appetizer on the table. And walked off. Had to call him back to ask about mine. He thought someone else should bring it.. long wait later I did finally get it.. We were celebrating a birthday so it was very disappointing. Long wait cold food. Could not order any kind of salad. UPDATE corporate did reach out to me about the review. They sent a gift card to use toward next visit. We went for unlimited shrimp. The food was great. Everything was hot. They did have salads. The GM was extremely nice and once we requested a different server from the one we had the first time the service was great. The wait is still kinda long but they do seem to be having trouble hiring.

After Reading the less than stellar reviews, we were a bit hesitant to stop on our way passing through Beaumont. Glad we threw caution to the wind and stopped.!! Arrived at 11:00 a.m. opening - Sunday...We were greeted and provided our table within minutes- even with other parties already in the restaurant. Our server (Kaitlin) was at our tableside within seconds with hot fresh cheddar bay biscuits.!! Our order was placed, and food arrived within minutes. It was presented nicely as I had Lobsterfest special, and my husband had the admiral's feast. Both meals were super fresh and delicious. A gentleman stopped by our table (Lonny) asking if we happy with our food and service -we said a resounding YES to both. When passing through Beaumont again we will make sure to stop ..

It was good, at the begging was afraid to enter because the parking lot was almost empty.First thing aI notice was the tank with lobsters in there, walking thru our table notice filthy floor, food leftovers on the floor and nobody take care of that. The biscuits they serve are awesome I love them, for starter we order Langostino lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip. The staff was always with a smile and helpful.

Me and my family ate at the Beaumont location tonight. We had an extremely slow waitress, we had to ask for everything (silverware, straws, bread….everything) Once the food finally arrived, no one at our table could finish their food. The lobster was small, dried out and tuff, the scampi was undercooked. We just got our bill and left( $120) Upon leaving we made it a few blocks from there and had to pull over 4 of the 5 we vomiting. I called to speak with a manager and they never came to the phone. I drove back to the restaurant and went in asking for the Manager. When I explain what had happened he ( Joey Hernandez )was extremely rude! Told me we must have shrimp allergies because no one else had complained, that there was nothing wrong with the food. I ask for the number to the corporate office, he gave me the wrong number. I will be contacting them in the morning about the experience. I will NEVER eat there again! I definitely would not recommend going.

The worst meal we have ever had. It smelled like a daycare as soon as we walked in. Wish we would have left right then. The food was horrible the tea even tasted terrible. Don’t make the mistake of eating at the Beaumont Texas location. It was gross !!!!

Excellent service. Food was good, could have been hotter ( temperature wise), but still good. Cheddar biscuits always good. Nice menu selections and good drinks.

The shrimp and salmon was very good, however, the Lobster Bisque soup was not good. It taste like cheese soup flavored with some kind of lobster sauce. There also were no pieces of lobster in it. When I had this many years ago this was one of my favorite appetizers but that has now changed. Also the staff and my server were very nice and attentive.

We had an amazing experience hosted by an amazing waitress. She took care of all of our needs but wasn't overbearing, just super attentive. If I had had more money, I would've tipped over the 40% I gave. Props to the kitchen on our perfectly cooked bacon-wrapped scallops and calamari. The only kitchen complaint is both my fiancée and I (due to being out of prime season) were quite small and over-cooked making them rubbery. Thankfully, the shrimp on the main course (with everything else that comes with the admiral's feast, and the shrimp lovers' plate (added an extra lobster tail) with the upgraded sides, were fantastic. I highly recommend the fried Brussel sprouts. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
