This visit was awful!!!!, management was rude, short patient, and full of attitude.I ordered a 4pcs white combo with an extra side while preparing my order I noticed I was given dark meat, I brought the situation to attention and it turned bad for me at that point. The attitude and abuse started, for a 4pcs with extra side I was charged $15.88 and was not given a receipt. Before leaving I thanked the individual for the service, but got no response. After getting home I was very disappointed and upset so I decided to give the store a call and let someone know how I was mistreated, over charged, unsatisfied with the service I received. I only got a voicemail which I left a message twice!!! So I waiting to hear from someone today. I truly hope no one receive the same customers service I experienced, it was business damaging.P.S. The food was pleasing
This marks the third time it's been over 20 minutes in the drive through lane for a simple chicken sandwich.If I hadn't already paid, I'd drive off.I've had to drive off from here twice already in the past for the orders taking an obscenely long amount of time.There's no excuse for things taking this long.Very highly disappointed. Never had this issue with any of the other Popeye's I've been to.
Only person in house who hasn't ordered only 2 others short drive through took 12 minutes to take my order during which the car that was st the lines end is served. 17 minute wait for a single chicken sandwich after I ordered it with a stupid small piece of chicken I count 11 drive through orders servedGoing inside cost me at least 16 minutes compared to the drive through, and I got to witness 11 people who were not even around get served before me.That's messed up.
Fried chicken dry and looks like it sat out all day under a heat lamp. Crust so hard I can barely bite into it. Also tastes like seafood...yuck. Mashed potatoes spilled all over because they had a soda lid that was obviously too big for the container....not even close. My last time wasting my money here.
I ordered an order online and when I arrived at the restaurant, the employees were so unprofessional and did not have the order ready. They paid no attention to the situation and when the manager came out, she was as nonchalant as the others. She apologized but the attitudes were very inappropriate. Talking on your cellphone and preparing food is unsanitary and against food service codes. I would not recommend this location for service. I'd rather attend a chicken fight.
Shea the store manager went above & beyond to provide excellent service on my visit, she was kind , efficient & professional while multi tasking at a very busy time. The staff as well was cordial & provided excellent service & very yummy food. I had been craving that new fish sandwich that's been advertising & it was excellent. Of course I also had to get a 10 piece spicy tenders with sides & biscuits. All great. And my schitzu Lulu was overjoyed to get in on it too. Hopefully I've spelled the managers name correctly, if not pardon me. Thx again for all you do.
Omg that flounder fish sandwich was sooooo good and fresh....I usually don't even like my fish sandwiches this one changed the game for me....oh yea and the service was friendly as well...
Stopped by last night on our way home from work then church. I was tired and didn't want to cook. We ordered a 9 piece box of chicken and a large side of coleslaw. After getting home, I opened the bag and found this. What a disappointment. I got a half order of coleslaw with the old crumpled lid for a drink on top. I tried calling back to the store can never get anyone to answer or call me back. Just wanted to say check your order before you leave to make sure that it is correct and it is acceptable before leaving. I usually don't post these types of things but I thought it would be helpful and worth noting for those who come behind me.
They close the dining area at 9! We drove like 25 minutes to get here before 10 because that's when they close but they locked the dining room!!!! ?????
They always seem to serve me the bottom of the barrel food. Looks like it's been scraped from the bottom of the pot, just Sunday, I ordered the big box, my rice had barely any beans on it and the beans were dry, to top that off, I waited 15 min to get some spicy dark chicken, got home and found out they had given me some cold original chicken, so I wasted 15 min of my life, paid for some food I didn't want, but I ate since I paid for it because I was not about to drive back to Popeyes. So disappointing ?
