There is a lack of communication between drive-thru attendant and kitchen. We ordered 6 piece nuggets and upon arrival to the window was told they were out of nuggets.We also ordered a 8 piece family meal with Mac and cheese. We did not realize until we got home they we only received 6 pieces we were missing both the legs and the Mac and cheese was only half full.
Love the food, Hate the wait!!!! Placed a regular family size order on the mobile app. Arrived 10 minutes later and was asked to pull to the side. No problem, right? Well, 40 minutes later and I was still waiting. Went inside to check on it. 10 minutes later I finally get the food. Food was really good, but what's up with different prices in the drive thru and inside, and lg dudes only being 2/3 full?

Visited this location for the lunch hour right after work on Saturday, February 5th, where I ordered the 6$ box with 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides of red beans and a biscuit. I ate one side of the beans that was dried up and disappointing. I ate it cause I was hungry and I had done spent my money. I went to eat the second side a couple of hours later and I reheated it in the microwave. Right after I pulled it out and mixed it up, I got a big wiff of spoiled. I immediately found the phone number to the location, called and after selecting the option of guest, I was able to leave a message, as of today I have yet to receive a callback. I placed an app pick up order today and although I placed it at the wrong location that I never found, I ended up back on Phalan (or however you spell it). When I walked inside, it feels spoiled. Slightly smells of an odor that is not welcoming surely. I informed them I had a pick up and gave them my name, I then informed them of my spoiled beans issue in hopes of getting it replaced. I love Popeyes red beans when they are right. The guy at the counter responded to that complaint by saying I would have had to return the item.. I live on the other side of town, they where the closest location to me when I left work on Saturday. I didn’t want to drive back the same day due to it really being out of my way. If I would have received a response on the phone or even a timely callback, maybe I would have saved the spoiled red beans to return( a few days later or not). I’m not tryna waste not one dollar of my money. They should have had the courtesy of replacing it regardless on the strength of me already attempting to pick up a whole other new order at the same time. (That clearly showed I wasn’t out to just get something free). At the end I was thankful I had the wrong pick up location, after standing I. The lobby for a few minutes, I knew I didn’t want to eat from this one again. I will not give my business to this location again.
Sometimes the food is good, tonight it wasn't. We ordered 3 dinners. One was regular 6 piece chicken tenders with 2 sides and 2 biscuits. The tenders were tiny and overcooked. The mac and cheese, which you have to pay extra for, wasn't full in the container and looked and tasted old. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were fine. It takes less than 10 minutes to get home from this location. We immediately opened our food and everything but the mashed potatoes was cold. Don't know how this is possible because they stay super busy and everything should be fresh and hot. The other 2 dinners were the same way, but they were regular and spicy chicken, not tenders. We ate it because we were hungry and to go back would have been another 30 minute wait. Had I been the one to go and order in store and pick it up, I would have gotten an immediate refund and went somewhere else.
Extremely bad experience. Was quite clear that I wanted 2 combos. Got to window, only one combo in order. Asked for 2nd order. Finally got it, but was told I had to use different card, because same card couldn't be used for same amount. Used second card. Gothome and BOTH orders were wrong. Went back. Orders corrected, but manager didn't even say "sorry."
The General Manager there is amazing and the staff did well with swiftly preparing my order as requested. I'd highly recommend this Popeyes and if you ever have a problem talk to the manager she'll get things squared right away!!! Fresh and hot just like I like ? ? Popcorn shrimp was on point!!
This was the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Nothing but a bunch of lazy kids with no work ethic. Waited 20+ minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches that I never got so I got my money back with a free blackberry cheesecake pie and left. I feel sorry for the manage of all those useless kids. She was having to tell one of them that he couldn't be sitting in the lobby while there was work to be done. she was having to tell the kids to work at their job? Don't you go to your job for work?Corporate needs to update their staff.. I will never go there again.
Every time we come to this location , the employees are extremely rude . They’re either out of sides or sauce. We’ve given them plenty of chances but with their attitudes , we will no longer be customers at this location
