Only reason I’m giving one star is to type my review. I order from Pizza Hut a lot which my order is always and I mean always wrong which I never complain. So tonight weeks from the last I ordered being my transportation is down and their the only ones deliver got my order wrong again so I called politely requested to speak with a supervisor which they pretended to put a supervisor on phone whom said he would help get the pizza I was missing when I called I’m guessing it came up they already knew the exact pizza I was missing he said we will get it out to you I called 10 minutes later to confirm cause I knew soon they was closing first person answered put me on hold saying your the one missing the meat lovers pizza so of course they knew she then hung up in my face I call again a different lady answer says we currently closed and hang up in my face however I will be contactingthe head office something I should of been did but I’m not the type to complain until tonight but the fact I was lied to disrespected and hung up on and overcharged I will be speaking with a real person who is a head supervisor first thing tomorrow

I switched fromDomino's PizzaTo Pizza HutAbout six months ago and never switched back, Until now I was always pleased, But this was my worst experience ever. Not even Domino'sWas this bad. Bottom of the Pizza was stuck to the Box, food half cooked, and my entire order looked like it had been dropped. Everything smashed and all over the place. $60 wasted. Very disappointed.

Placed order at 7:50. So at 9:20 no news, no tracker. So called the location, got told the system went down so the order got lost. Oh alright all cool understandable. Got told should be out to us in 30 minutes and they were going to remake it fresh. Dope! Super cool! Got a call back almost immediately saying the driver actually could not find the house and tried to call us (they did but we called back got sent to voicemail) so they went back to the store. Got told they would still remake it and sent it out again. Should be to us at by 10:00 So 10:00 rolls around no order. 10:30 still no food. Called back the manager talked to the driver who said they called us (no call this time) and that the house was dark and they could not read the house number and the neighborhood was super dark. The porch light was on you can read the LARGE house numbers from the road and the street light and light from the traffic light at the intersection right next to the house light up the yard. Had to go the the store to get the now 2 1/2 hr late food and still paid the delivery fee. Never had an experience like this with them before but it was ridiculous and bananas. Not doing delivery or orders from this location for a while if ever again.
Placed a delivery order. They wouldn’t accept my coupons even though they said they accepted them. They said it would be 25 minutes for delivery which was fine with us. 45 minutes later I called to check on my order and they hung up twice before even saying anything. Than a third time answered, set the phone down and were yelling at each other then hung up again. Finally they answered and said it was 30 mins for delivery.Seriously it’s not difficult. I don’t understand why people are so inconsiderate and rude. Never using this Pizza Hut again.
Cheese bread was dry and tasteless. The supreme pizza was not supreme tasting. The pepper was over whelming. Other ingredient flavors were not there as I remembered from the past. I am not coming back.
I’ve been going to this place for years. The pizza has been tasting great and looking great, however, lately it’s been more like... well dog food. They take forever to come to the register. I asked for more sauce on a stuffed crust pizza. When I got home and opened the box my family and I gasped in disgust. The pizza was soggy, paper thin ( you could actually see through it when held up to the light) and the extra sauce was none existent... looks like the sauce had been sun dried previously. I’ve been going here so long I hate to part ways but they leave me no choice. Shop elsewhere
I requested extra sauce but it did not have much. I ordered Parmesan cheese and they sent crushed red pepper. The cheese sticks had very little cheese and were overcooked. The food was barely warm. The delivery driver had a baby in her car.
There was more bread the ingredients on the pizza. I recommend a more balance topping.
