The app messed up my order on their end. When I called to let them know it was wrong, they immediately credited me and fixed the problem. Even transferred the credit to another location so that I could get delivery. Will definitely be back!
Apparently if you order delivery they just completely ignore it without notifying you. Don't waste your time.
Terrible service. Waited over 2 hours and our order was never even delivered. I had to call the store 3 times and even talked with the driver, who lied and said he was gonna complete the order. When I talked with the manager he kept trying to hush me and even threatened to call the cops if I came up to the store. When I did go to the store he showed no attitude, refunded and remade our order. This was well after 2 hours had passed.
I love pizza hut... everything was great it was just a little bit to much sauce on my pizza ? last night but all other visits have been great ??
After waiting for an hour I was told that I had to pick up the pizza and I would get 50% off (which did not happen!) that I ordered for delivery! And then when I finally got to the restaurant they could not find my order and the manager called the delivery driver and he was in my apartment complex… The entire experience was something I would not recommend to my worst enemy! Oh but I did get somewhat of a discount of 20%, when I was told that I would get 50%. The whole thing was a mess and no one had any answers for anything. DO BETTER!!!!!!!
Ordered 2 pizzas online, and selected curbside pickup in an attempt to keep myself, my family, and the employees safe from potential COVID exposure. About 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready, the pizza had still not been brought out to the car, so I went inside to check. After some time, I was able to speak to an employee who notified me that one of my pizzas was done, but the other pizza had been dropped. That dropped pizza (along with some other tools) remained on the floor for the 10 minutes that I waited in the building. I watched as multiple employees acknowledged the dropped pizza, but none picked it up. All in all, my pizza was ready about 20 minutes after it was marked as "Finished". 20 minutes isn't a huge deal, but I was never offered an apology or any sort of reimbursement. Witnessing the lack of cleanliness and professionalism of this restaurant will prevent me from ordering here in the future.
They were short handed and the pizza was cold the cinnamon rolls were cold the cheese bread wasn't even cut. And it was cold also. Had to come home and microwave it. Never will get another triple box from them
Horrible service, I waited for 2 hours for one pizza and then the pizza driver quit and took our pizza and wings. But there was like 30 pizzas just sitting around. But the guy would rather give us a refund then make our pizza.
I ordered the big dinner box and when it arrived the wings were missing so I called to let them know and someone hung up on me after me holding then when I finally spoke with someone she assure me they would redelivery the wings free of charge . The next day I see the pizza hut charge but it's higher than my order so someone signed a delivery tip on the receipt
Make sure the pizza maker pays more attention to the details. I asked for lite/easy on the sauce. I was given the regular amount of sauce.
