Terrible horrible worst experience of my life I will never eat there again picked up my pizza and it had a cockroach in the box that’s correct you are reading this right there was a roach in my box how do you serve someone cockroach
our delivery driver made sure it was hot and fresh and he was professional he called and let us know he was about to arrive at my home he had his mask and he was friendly and made my family want to order more pizza he was great
My order was incorrect but they have decent customer service
The tracking said that my pizza would be there at 6 pm we didnt pizzas until 6:38pm. when I called they didnt know what was going on and then came back and said give them another 15mins. The pizza was cold and super stiff. This is the first time I can say I was disappointed. We use them all the time and they always on point. Fast delivery, hot food and cant say new driver because its the same lady and we be tipping her good.
Pizza was tough dry and cold when delivered. Tasted like it was old and had been sitting for quite a while. Terrible experience. Very unsatisfied!!!
Prepare pizza with ingredients as described!!! Meat Lovers pizza with extra cheese was unrecognizable!!! Ugh...!!! There was only 3 meats on it and definitively No Extra Cheese!!!, Which I Paid For!!! I know what it is suppose to look like! I order at Pizza Hut in Jennings, LA, and they do pizza as it is suppose to be!!! I Will Never Order From A Pizza Hut In Beaumont,TX, again! The Brownie; however, was delicious! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
The guy who called to tell me the drivers car broke down was really nice and when I got there to pick up my order he discounted it. Pleasant experience and the best customer service. He couldn’t have done anything about the delivery but he took care of it personally.

First time ordering here and wow… the pizza was well constructed and actually made to be extra crispy as requested! Asian gentleman was also courteous. Will definitely be ordering here again next time.
Better customer service, I signed up for contactless carry out. The app asked for my vehicle description and where I would like my order placed in my vehicle. Well I sat and sat waiting no one came out. I decided to go in and my pizza is just sitting on the shelf. No one attempted to bring my order out. Had I not got up I’d still be sitting outside. That’s poor Custer service.
