If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve ordered at the Papa John’s in Lumberton dozens of times and never had a problem with them taking large bills. When I placed the order in the app and chose the cash option NOWHERE did it state that they don’t accept large bills! Said it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. Over an hour later the girl finally shows up and tells me she can’t accept large bills. Papa John’s in lumberton has 1000x better pizza and better staff so I won’t be returning to this location with my business!
My first time visiting this location while in Beaumont, TX with family. The cashier was pleasant and even mentioned knowing my family's name and order due to them visiting often. She said to them hello. It really brought a smile to my face. The store was clean and open in the back where employees were preparing food. Definitely visit the location if you are in the area.
always a pleasure to eat from this papajohns and when i call and ask to give more peppers they always do. im glad to have this pizza close by
I ordered online and gave instructions to knock on my door when they got there,after like a hour I got a notification saying my pizza was delivered but I didn’t have it .so I called and the delivery boy or whoever said he kno he delivered it to me cause who ever he gave the pizza to knew my name? I have neighbors who are going to kno my name ,the simple fact was I told them to knock on my door to deliver it and he did not ,my pizza was stolen.so after a almost 20 mins fight otp with the manager he decides to remake it so this go around I’m sitting outside to see if the thief would come back but the delivery person pulls up I approach him and he’s very rude to me and insists I have to open my front door to prove it was really me so I did , he asked if I called the police and I told him no I don’t see what they could do and he gave a rude remark saying “maybe you should so we wouldn’t have to take time away from work to re deliver a order” It was just a horrible experience cause I did nothing wrong except decide to order there to begin with
Horrible service food was awful, cold and the bread sticks were burn. They don't give out parmesan cheese and red packing with your meal. I ask for some and they were going to charge me 10 cents per packet. I called the Manger he was very rude and didn't care he rather you go somewhere else for pizza. If you want good pizza and great service go to Mellow Mushroom they have great pizza and they don't charge a dime for their condiments. Do better Papas Johnns are you will go out of business.

Don't eat here they have poor service they will charge you 10 cents for parmasan cheese and red packet. This should be included with the pizza. The manager was very rude and didn't care. Go to Mellow Mushroom they have great pizza and way better service.
Takes more than an hour to get a pizza. They don’t answer the “where’s my pizza” line. Then call back and still on hold!!! Meanwhile, I have 3 young grandkids waiting for our pizza party dinner. #poorservice #beaumontneedsbetterpizza
The pizza was great we enjoyed the entire meal.
We ordered a meat lovers pizza and an 8 piece box of bbq wings. The food was cold when it got delivered, there were barely any toppings on our pizza, it tasted like playdough honestly. My husband got sick off of the pizza and the little jalapeno cheese bread bites, the wings made me puke my guts up about 10 minutes after eating them. I will not be ordering from you guys anymore. Your food used to be good but now it's trash.
