Went tonight to get a chicken salad sandwich granted it was 7:30 pm. I am wondering if they ran out of chicken salad. It barely had any on it. 1/2 had some on it the other side was basically just bread. Horrible and they made me pull up and wait at the double doors for this. Seriously worst sandwich ever. I paid money for this.
Great fast stop!Staff was courteous and place was spotless.Small mix up on the order that was rectified immediately and staff went the extra mile to resolve it. Polite, friendly and fast. Food was fresh and great testing.Best location I have ever been too!!
Used to love coming here. I’m not sure what has happened with management but I’m surprised this place is still open. Gave it one last shot tonight. My husband tried to order food. They had no bread… at a bakery? He had to repeat and explain simple order about 4 times because the cashier didn’t know what they were doing and wouldn’t get help. He added the tulip cookie to order after having the cashier tell him multiple times they didn’t have it. He had to walk over to counter and show her the cookie. He asked for 2 bagels and cream cheese. When she couldn’t figure out how to put that on order she just told him he couldn’t have it even though the bagels were sitting right infront of him!!! Then he ordered bread bowls with soup. After paying they informed him there was no bread!! Not sure what we actually go in our order but it still cost $50. I will not be going back.
Went to Beaumont Panera today and had quite an enjoyable lunch experience. All of the people working there were friendly and efficient! The cashier gave us a warm welcome and made pleasant conversation as we placed our order. I had the Pick-2… Green Goddess Salad/Broccoli cheese soup and my husband had Turkey Avocado BLT. Everything was fresh and delicious and delivered to our table with a smile. Next time I will take note of names of the great employees that are making Panera a bright spot in Beaumont, Tx!
Service trash! Showed up around 7am to dine in. The staff started in the kitchen and never came to place our order. My spouse placed our order to go due to no one attempting to take our order. After he placed the order the mgr asked can they help us……..tf too late.
I placed a pickup order for coffee, a sandwich and soup. The food was delicious and the customer service was awesome!

I am literally in the drive through sitting for fifteen minutes after they got my order wrong. I ordered the "pick two" with soup and mac and cheese and they gave me soup and a sandwich. I went back through the drive through and here I sit waiting fifteen minutes for them to scoop mac and cheese into a cup. I just have called the store to no avail, honked, and waived at the girl inside. I just got asked what I'm waiting for after already telling the girl at the drive through. I just want to go home okay ?
Been here many times for dine in and would recommend that. Togo or online pickup is a complete 180 experience. Incomplete and wrong orders are all we have experienced togo or curbside. The last steak sandwich I ordered had BARELY enough steak for half a sandwich!!! Also ordered 2 broccoli and cheddar soups for my kiddos. When we picked it up it was one broccoli cheddar and one French onion because "we ran out of broccoli cheddar.." for 40$ I got a sandwich that was half edible and 1 soup for 2 girls... do yourself a favor and dine in where you can get the issues fixed...
