I usually go thru the drive thru but tonight I went in with a friend and we sat down and ate. I nearly always get the honey walnut shrimp plus I got the new steak dish. I like both the rice and the noodles, but went with the noodles this time and added sweet and sour sauce to them. We shared the cream cheese rangoons and each got a drink. The whole meal was an A+.
I am only giving this place two stars because the food is at least good. The customer service here is horrible, and depending on the manager, the dining room is either open or closed. I have been to this place different days of the weeks and different times and there is no rhyme or reason to win. Their dining room is open. They have no signs on the doors to show the time and they are all rude to customers.
My husband and I want to Panda Express for lunch a few days ago and it was terrible we ordered a bowl and plate each with broccoli beef one with noodles and one with rice. The Broccoli was rock hard and inedible and the noodles were not fresh at all. We also ordered 2 unsweet tea because my husband is diabetic and they tasted like there was peach flavoring in them which my husband can't have. When we told them this all the said was we only serve unsweet tea. Very disappointed because when we have it delivered it's delicious and the order is always correct. However, the in restaurant experience was very different. We will not be returning.
Guys who prepped our meals were great, however the young lady working the register beyond rude. Horrible customer service. Not to mention the food was without flavor.
Everything is good and seemingly fresh. The staff is friendly and everyone wears a mask which is great when dealing with other people's food.They're good about letting you customize your plate, but the chicken was on the fatty side.The dining area was clean, and one of the staff members that was cleaning when we walked in saw us coming up the walkway and opened the door for us. Very polite and welcoming.
So drove for 30 min to get there based on there website details. Once we entered it was total confusion as people were very disorganized. I waited patiently and ordered my food & even asked the girl that was putting food in carton if we could dine in & she said yes.They bagged my food and a lady I take as the manager said no dine in as people sat at there tables eating. She said dine in closes at 8:30. Very disappointed after the drive and it says nothing anywhere about closing dine in at that time! Never again!! If I could give a zero I would!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They only had rice, mein, and almond cispy chicken. ONLY 3 ITEMS. What is going on?? This location needs to get it together.
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! I love their honey walnut shrimp and their sweet fire chicken breast. Amazing taste and great, friendly workers. Make sure to get to Panda Express when they open to get the fresh, readymade food. Also, do their receipt survey to get a free entree on your next visit. Highly recommend! Best workers here!

I love panda only they seemed to busy and they had a very hard time understanding me
