We always enjoy our experience at the Olive Garden; our bartender Gavin (the redheaded bartender), was exceptionally attentive and fabulous. We love Ruben as well and have never been mistreated at The Olive Garden. We’ve always had exceptional service, and the food was delicious as well. So “Beka,” I reviewed your reviews- you never have anything positive to say about the places you visit. It appears that you’re just an unhappy person; maybe you just need to seek therapy for depression.
Very disappointed in service. We were seated in an area and forgotten about a our waitress had a party on the other Side. 10 minutes before we had a drink order taken. We completed our order at the same time. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and salad and soup. She did apologize for ignoring us but continued to do so. Someone the brought my entree about 2 minutes after we got the salad. My companion was eating soup, salad and bread... we had to wave down someone wise to get a refill for him. She finally showed up and we asked for drink refills and she turned around to work on the party's ticket as it wasn't separated. And my goodness what's with $18 plates of noodles? OG is my fave place to eat, But post covid it just isn't worth it anymore.
The food and service was both great. Our waiter was very friendly and he actually interacted with all of us besides just taking our orders. We had a large group and he was new, but he handled everything like a pro!
Did curbside the lady was very nice and sweet also quick! So as I pulled in I was nicely greeted Don’t remember her name but she had a baby like voiceFood was good and hot as well
Completely nasty. For starters we never received silverware and ordered an appetizer and I had to get up to go find my own silverware and by the time we got it our appetizer was cold. Then I received my food and the grilled chicken was super burnt and extremely dry. I had them replace it and it came back the same way. My husband ordered chicken Alfredo and the chicken tasted like jerky. I will not be back for dinner options anytime soon.

It was fantastic as always - sumptuous food and always wonderful service. Love the Alfredo and salad! Many healthy food choices. Quiet dining atmosphere most of the time. Families bring their children, and they are mostly well behaved. Elderly people are accommodated with respect. The ladies washroom is always clean. A relative of mine by marriage was the manager of this location and regional manager. This particular Olive Garden has high standards.

Our waiter (Caucasian guy in his 30s maybe)was outstanding. He was super courteous and professional. The cooks/chef was amazing. Our food was hot and fresh. There wasn't any delay or error in our order. Thank you all for your hard work.
Service was good once it got started. The device you use to order won't let you order your first alcoholic drink without the server checking IDs. Then you can order more. Soup and salad are always good. Breadsticks weren't that fresh tasting or that good. Salad was good. Server was very nice. Take home a meal for 5 bucks after you order.
