Had a pepperoni n mushroom pizza. Quite underwhelming. The crust was undercooked. Sauce was bland. Cheese was decent. Pepperoni was flavorful. Barely average for a new york pizza. Also had the tour of italy. The chicken Parmesan was very thin and average in taste. Then thin meat was disappointing. The fettuccine alfredo was flavorful and the noodles were perfectly Al dente. This was good stuff. The lasagna was also flavorful and good. So being 50/50 hit or miss. I cant justify more than 3 stars.
We ordered two “Tour of Italy” last week. The week prior we’d ordered the exact same from Frankie’s across town. What a joke. It was wayyy more expensive, and was half the food. It didn’t even fill the sad little metal tin they put it in. The chicken parm was cooked to death and it was literally a quarter of a breast. The lasagne was 2” by 2”. It was absolutely terrible. From now on we will order from Frankie’s, where the portion is huge, the price is less, and the taste is 100%! Sorry, NY Pizza Pasta, your stuffed pizza might be fantastic, but this was a complete disappointment. Wish I could get my money back.
I specifically request extra sauce and still sauce was spread on thin. Manager was talking about bring the pizza i have for another one. Use to be a good place to me its went [email protected]%!. Never again
Used to be our favorite spot , especially for the pizza. It was the closet to home (Boston area) we could find in this area .But I must say the last few times we got our pizza here it was horrible. It has to be a new chef because it can`t change that drastically that fast.It was so under cooked with hardly any sauce at all and loaded with way to much cheese. And this was the 3rd or 4th time in a row it was like this. The mediterranean salads were not that good either and no bread with our meals. Going downhill fast !!
I do not post negative reviews, however, I was driven to do so based upon repeated disappointment. This is the 2nd time I have paid for a piping hot pizza with NO SAUCE! The 1st time I called to report the mistake and The mgr said to ask for her next time I ordered and she would make it up to me. So at Christmas I ordered pizza and asked for that mgr by name but she wasn’t there and basically too bad for me. That pizza was excellent but I made sure to get sauce when ordering. It’s like ordering a hamburger and asking for a patty. Then today I ordered a pizza today and that’s right NO SAUCE!!
So me and my girlfriend are broke college students that went here hoping to split a pizza and eat pretty cheap. We got the large peperoni and worked out that it would be 11.25 for the pizza. And we ended up getting charged 13.20. And I understand it’s not that much money but it is when you’re broke. Not to mention when we asked for bread we were told that bread is 2 dollars extra. I understand this place doesn’t get much business but charging customers that do go to the restaurant more isn’t going to fix anything.
It’s been 65 minutes since I placed my order and they told me ready in 30 minutes. I’m still waiting. Phone hasn’t been ringing and not busy. Trying to tell me it’s busy and they are behind but that’s not true. They forgot to even start it. Not coming back ever. I don’t ever write reviews but 2 free cheese cakes to is not worth my time when the family is hungry. Ridiculous.Update: 1:15 minutes before I got my orderUpdate #2: and our order was wrong!!!!!!
Very bland for Italian food. Almost nursing home bland. The cream sauce my wife had just tasted like half and half. The marinara on my seafood was the consistency of minestrone. They only serve Pepsi products which s a minus for me. Won't be back.
Service was ok, food kinda sucked. The chicken parmigiana tasted like a banquet tv dinner
No one out Pizza The Hut well this place has done it if you want some authentic pizza this is the place to go the atmosphere is relaxing the music is pretty cool
