I frequent different McDonald's in Beaumont/Port Arthur/Orange area and this one is consistently the worst. Incomplete orders, stale, grease saturated or dry entrees amd sides, items listed on the menu that aren't available, and you ask for extra/custom items you'll pay more but not get what you ordered. Staff is generally uninterested and robotic, may get an occasional greeting. Compared to all of the other local McDonald's, this one ranks lowest in the Golden Triangle for me, and it really sucks because it's the closest to where I live and on the way to work.
I enjoy my food!! The young lady in that took my order was nice and helpful!! Food hot and fresh!! Yum yum ???
I only go there for the convenience. The food is nasty. The staff is rude and most of the time, they are out of something and I have to ask for napkins and straws. ?
Rude workers, special order request was not followed, and when I said something I was told I could leave, then refunded my money and asked me to leave. Ooookay mmmm Google review here I come.
The breakfast was good, but it would have been better if they had gotten the order right.
This is my go-to when I'm working in this area seems to be faster than most McDonald's and in today's world that is important
Wouldn't answer the intercom at the drive thru when I was the only customer in the line. So I drove to the window and blew my horn. The employee kept peeking to see if I'd left. Then I had to get out & go inside only to find the workers loudly talking amongst themselves. The owner of this McDonald's is loosing so much money, while paying these girls to do nothing but be RUDE.
Gynormous order of fresh hot crispy fries an ample sized chicken sandwiches were better than ever. Fries stayed hot long after leaving drive thru. Couldn't have been better!!!

Tried to order on the touch screens but had too many issues and gave up, screens would freeze up or stop responding. If they're broke they should put signs saying so.
