Went through the drive-thru and they told us to pull up to the next window to get our sprite. They also forgot the sauces that we ordered. Waited for 15 minutes and no one even talked to us. At least 13-14 cars behind us got their food and passed us. Ended up going inside and was ignored for another 10 minutes (no one even came up to the counter and there were multiple customers waiting) and had to yell to get someones attention and then he had the worst attitude. The customers waiting with me were also angry. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. Terrible overall. They need to learn how to run a restaurant because what they’re doing now ain’t it.
Covid ruined this McDonald’s location. Before Covid I would have given it 3 stars because this location has always had an issue getting your order wrong or leaving out food items you have ordered and paid for. They can’t even get an app order right where you can specifically detail out what you do and do not want, like no whip cream on a frappe but they give it anyway. Then there is the issues with condiments and napkins, your lucky to get a normal amount, usually it’s none at all or enough to cover your next 3 visits to the restaurant. I also agree with the other reviewers who have a complaint about the curbside pickup, just get your app order through the drive thru, even if both drive thru lanes extend into the parking lot.So you might wonder why I even gave this review 2 stars and not 1 instead. Well, there is and older man that works there, I wish I had his name, who is always pleasant and makes sure your order is right.
Recently moved to the area and got out for a late dinner so either Taco Bell or McDonalds are both open this time of night- Taco Bell has a line around the building and McDonalds is deserted (I now know why)From the time I paid for my sandwich combo to the time I received my food was over 12 minutes- you should once again note this place was completely deserted and I was the sole customer thereAt least if they're taking this long it must be because they're making some fresh stuff right? If only I'd been so luckyTo start I ordered a large combo but they only gave me a medium drink which they didnt even fill up all the way or put any ice in (or at least the 2 cubes of ice they did put in melted by the time I got home)The sandwich itself has a laughable amount of sauce on it that just looks depressing and is a lot smaller than I expected for being 8 dollarsBut at the very least I got my hot out the fryer and newly salted fresh french friesOh wait they're stone coldLike shockingly coldLike they may have put them in the fridge for a minute before giving them to me kind of coldTo top things off driving back home I went past the Taco Bell which was giving the last car in the drive thru their food... so... lesson learned I guess?I have literally never reviewed anything in my life- so congratulations McDonalds on being my first
The problem I have here is that the layout isn't very obvious for someone trying to place a quick order. The other issue is that even after placing an order in the app and doing the curbside pickup option I realized it would have been MUCH faster to just go through the drive through, what's the point of the app if it doesn't actually make it faster?

We've been waiting in 3rd window for 20mins for our mocha frappe order! I went inside & told them we are still waiting & they are very unpleasant! And the lady who took our receipt even denied it! We left & didnt wait for the refund will not bother anymore of coming back! This happens to me thrice already at the same location!
If this is the review is the one on Dowlen in Beaumont by the Mall. Oh Lord. It was bad. I go there all the time. But this particular day the service was not good. I had ordered my food went to the window to pay for my food. No one was there. I looked at the other window the car before me paid. So I went to the next window. The lady ask me what did I have I told her. So the other lady came and said how much it was. I gave her my card. She yank my card out my hand. I asked her to give me my card back. She did. I mention to her she can get it. And not to yank nothing out of my handShe walked off. I ask the other lady to get the manager . He came I mention to him I saw her walking around she was on her phone. I sat there and others sat there for a minute. I hope she's not there anymore.
If you go to McDonald's expecting the best customer service experience ever then something is wrong with you. This one takes the cake though. What do y'all do behind the counter? It's not rocket science. McDonald's can be hectic at times, I get that. Y'all are the worst McDonald's I have been to in recent memory and I have been to some lousy ones over the years. Congratulations on doing a marvelous job at being so ridiculously inferior to so many already abysmal McDonalds! Keep up the great work. ?
I had stopping going to this location, because of the horrible mangers, and evetime I went there, the manger's will be talk to employers are customer so rude. But on today I stop by, I was in the area, good customer service as well as fast, I'm disjointed the food was cold and taste old.
I ordered 2 Big Macs from McDonald's tonight and this is what I encountered!!!!
