I volunteer for a autistic after school program. I took my boys to this location to eat before we took them home and we was greeted with judgement. The first thing that was said to us was we can serve you in the drive-thru by a Ms.M. Marlecia. I thought nothing of it and said we will be dining in today thank you. Then I heard someone say we waiting on fries and Ms. M replied they are cooked good enough they are retarded they won't know the difference. At that moment I gathered my boys and my refund and left the establishment. Not only will I not go back to this location, but I will never spend another dime at McDonald's.
The Manager of this location. Is super rude. Very aggressive very impatient. Not a good customer service at all. Do not recommend anybody to come to this particular location. Doesn't keep up with orders on screen. Careless
So so. The hamburger patties appeared to be left over from lunch. Fries were OK. Ketchup packets were covered in sticky residue. If you're craving McDonalds near LU, drive the extra miles to Cardinal Dr and 4th.Staff was friendly and helpful when the kiosk didn't work for my order.
I asked for a large Sweet Tea and a Large fries. The tea was a little too sweet, once you let it sit for a few minutes it was too good not to drink. My fries was mixed with old and new. I didn't like that at all. If I'm spending over $3 it should be amazingly delicious, but it was not.
Had a nice inexpensive dinner. The choices are endless. Just wish the shake machine was working. Been craving their shamrock shake for a year.
You never know if your meal is going to be correct and they argue with you even if you have the receipt of what you ordered. Also they're card machines bipolar with random days not working forcing they're customers to use cash. Never a pleasant moment.
Service was horrible and food was mediocre. I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order. One of the staff members actually used profanity while addressing me because I asked for her manager.
On this particular morning, there was a rough looking guy at the door bullying customers that walked into the restaurant. I then chose to try drive-thru, but the inside clerks were slow. I guess it was a bad morning at McDonald's. I got my breakfast elsewhere.
My husband was trying to come in Lobby and the manager that opened was very rude I heard her while on the phone. She stated the lobby closed yet it the sign said it opened at 6
This McDonald's always has a problem today the young lady at the window told me to give my coupon to the person at the next window and when I pulled up to the next window the girl wouldn't take it she said that I had to go around and get back in line. I told her what the young lady said but she refused my coupon.
