The staff is rude, wears dirty clothes and not dirty from food, dirty like I didn’t do my laundry dirty, they also come to work with crust around the eyes and mouth-I should have taken pics, acts like it’s an issue if you want to use your app, extremely long wait times, cuts you off while ordering, will serve you old and hard food, Order is wrong 9.5/10, they don’t wear gloves while preparing your food, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THAT WINDOW/COUNTER. I would stay away from the food and stick to drinks only.
Last night I went to the McDonald’s on 6380 Phelan Blvd in Beaumont, Tx at 12 am and made an order. I was rushed to take my order and I was actually cutoff midway through my order at the speaker by the lady, no big deal as I could to add the additional items at the pay window after adding the items she exclaims “fucking god damn” and then snatches my card out of my hands. Not to mention when I received my food she then handed me two bags that were filled to the top with my order. I was also missing quite a few sandwiches from my order. With that being said when my kids opened their chicken nuggets there was this black burnt crumbs all over them and I had to throw them out.I’m a long time customer at this McDonald’s and I’ve never received this type of service. I am very disappointed with my service and the way I was treated by employees.
I usually don’t give reviews but I had to this morning. I downloaded the app this morning then went through the drive thru and order my food I get to the window and ask the girl if I could use my code. She responded very rudely why didn’t you give the code when you order. So I asked her what did u say. She was like what’s the code. I said no what did u just say so she repeated it very rudely again I told her to keep the food and drove off. I will not be returning to this establishment! If you don’t like your job that’s one thing but don’t take it out on the customers!
A lot of improvement have been made at this location like the cleanliness of the dining area. Management has got better and the service is faster then it was but they still need improvement. Like any McDonald's it seems always ckeck your order before leaving the location
I would give zero stars if I could, and wish I had read reviews ahead of time. Went through the drive through for coffee. Was told to pull ahead and wait. 10 minutes later, gave up and went in. Employees looked at me, never asked may I help you. I told her I had been waiting on my coffee. Had been ready, evidently, for some time. Poured it and handed it to me. I said thank you. No response, so I said you're welcome. No response except snotty looks. Very disrespectful.
If I could give negative stars I would ordered in drive through took forever to get to the window to find out it’s all because they are all listening to music and laughing and having fun inside together and not working got my order wrong gave me incorrect change and still took forever to get my food and by the time I got home to eat (I live down the street) it was all cold like it had been sitting out for an hour it’s ridiculous I’m no Gonna be back to this location not writing this to get any attention just to warn others not to go here
I went this morning and wanted to go inside to order my meal. The building is still locked at 8:30 am so I’m forced to go through the drive thru…the line was moving decently. But they got my order wrong…I wish they would the inside was open so I can put in my own order.
The food is fresh and good, but the drive through is really slow even outside peak times. That and the dining room is closed even though the website and the doors state they're open.
The male taking drive through orders - hates his job. His condescending tone is easily detected by anyone asking a menu question.
They constantly close prematurely or refuse to serve people past a certain time regardless of what the hours are supposed to be
