Extremely disappointed in the customer service that I was given today at the drive-through.. When approaching the drive 3rd pick up my order not one but her not 1 word was said to me a bag was shoved in my face along with my drink no vocal communication whatsoever at all. I specifically had asked for great jelly the the employee tvery abruptly told me that there was great jelly in the bag .Upon getting home andSplitting up the McDonald's order for my family I become aware that I'm aware that there was no jelly in the bag at all only picante sauce 4 sauce packets of pecanti sauce which did not go overwhelmed at all with my family. I felt very very uneasy cuneasy coming away from this situation As I was not greeted nor thanked nor even anything except for to very rudely tell me that there was grape jelly in the bag when I reiterated that I needed grave jelly for 4 people who were going to be eating breakfast. I think it would be very appropriate for this young lady to be young lady to be retrained in customer service and I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR TODAYS TRANSACTION. I DO NOT LIVE ON BEAUTIFUL Beaumont so, PLEASE contact me via US AS I LIVE OVER 100 MILES FROM THIS LOCATION.Also no receipt was given so I have no ide the females name
Very fast curbside pickup and a nice employee that brought it out.
Some those in Beaumont Tx are very rude messing up order talking about customer and mean to there employees don't embarrassed your workers front of your customers top it off why get mad when ask for hot fries
Horrific customer service! RUDE! Cold uncooked meat. Biscuits on Sundays mornings hard as steel. I ordered at drive thru, paid for purchase, checked order, missing hash browns. Returned to drive thru ask them to correct my order and informed them I was overcharged, assistant manager correct the over charge, but didn’t get hash browns again. Third time my son went inside and got them! The assistant manager Charlie was informed & wholeheartedly made a spectacular overwhelming JOKE of the situation! Unacceptable management team! Laughing & joking making fun of me. National Economic Inflation is tremendously burdened every aspect of rising cost $$$. Your products at this store are not worth the $$$, unprofessionalism and reputation of your franchise! ???? just awful!!!!
Ever since the really racist manager was fired, my experience here has been all good. The current managers and workers are professional and nice. They rarely mess up an order.
It was fresh for the first time
Food was Luke warm to say it was about 1:30p.m. so I just made due cause line was to long to go back around. Couldn't get out my baby was sleep.
This McDonalds has terrible service. We were there at 5:00 today and got stuck in the drive through at an absolute standstill. After sitting there for 15 minutes and not moving, I sent my daughter inside for her very small order. This took another 10 minutes. Two workers were trying to cook, work the counter and drive though window, and fill orders. I looked over in the lobby and 6-8 workers looked to be having a STAFF meeting right at rush hour when the drive through was completely jammed up. Ridiculous!!
The worst kind of experience. This was the first time I've been to McDonald's in years. I first visited the one by my house but they didn't take debit cards. So I drove down to this one. They have two drive-thru lines, but only one works, apparently. There were no signs, but I learned it the hard way. When I finally talked to the drive-thru attendant, she took my order and $14 just fine. I couldn't understand the girl handing out food because she had a mask on, so she asked for my receipt. It was busy so, she handed me my order and I pulled around to check it. Wrong order, how is that possible whenever you have my receipt? The order they gave me was a burnt 20-piece chicken nugget and two fries. The lobby was closed so I knocked on the door and spoke to the manager. He took back the order and went to the kitchen with it pretending to make a fresh order for its rightful owner. That's not protocol. My order was a Sprite because they don't offer Hi-C orange anymore, a 10-piece chicken nugget, a stale bun filet-o-fish, and half an old large fry with no salt. No ketchup or napkins in the bag. The sprite was good. The shake machines never work at these places anymore because you're supposed to clean them once a week and it takes effort. One of my first jobs was at McDonald's decades ago when I was in high school. McDonald's used to taste great and it was cheap. Now it cost as much as a dine-in restaurant and it's like playing Russian roulette.
I was taken care of by Monica whom was very: professional, friendly, patient, as well as attentive to me as a customer. Thank you McDonald's; your choice in employee were spot on for customer service by Monica!
