my food always is prepared how I ask for it!
I went to get a chocolate shake. They had me to drive up. Ok that was ok. The worker brought me a bag of fries. Saying we can't take it back. I said I don't want it. I ask where is my shake. Another worker came out brought me a vanilla shake. Then the cup on the outside was nasty. This was the worst. I ask the worker where is my chocolate shake. He said only thing came out was this. This was again a bad experience. If I can give it a 0 I would. They need to get better workers. This was on 4/26/22 The McDonald's by the mall
Dine-in. Food was hot. Cashier was courteous. Restroom was clean. I would return and dine-in again.
My order is always off at this place. I have a big family and something is always missing. The staff is friendly and nice. I would recommend it but always check your order.
I love the food and all but they can’t get your order right, no sauces when we ask any sauces we want but they never put sauces in it
Very unprofessional, I order and pay for my order thru the mobile app for some reason this is the only McDonald's that has a problem and makes me also pay cash even when I show them I already paid for out of my bank account so 3 times now I had pay for my order twice
Love this McDonald's! Everytime I come the employees are friendly, smiling and happy! They always make my day when I roll through the drive thru! You can tell they enjoy their job and that's a plus! I wish more McDonald's were like this one!Thank you my McD's❤️
Throw the whole restaurant away… rude service, missing items, cold items, and last but not least… MOLD ON BUNS ?
Don't bother going, they will not answer the speaker. Waited 20 minutes. Its like they play a game to see how long it takes for you to give up. Go elsewhere.
